CHAPTER NINE
DIAMONDS FOR HITLER

The strategic importance of diamonds became acutely clear to both the Allies and Axis powers with the approach of the Second World War in 1939. Only diamonds were hard enough to stamp out the millions of precision parts that were necessary for mass-producing airplane engines, torpedoes, tanks, artillery and the other weapons of war. Only diamonds could be used to draw the fine wire needed for radar and the electronics of war. Only diamonds could provide the jeweled bearings necessary for the stabilizers, gyroscopes and guidance systems for submarines and planes. Only diamonds could provide the abrasives necessary for rapidly converting civilian industries into a war machine. Without a continuing supply of diamonds, the war machine would rapidly slow to a halt. Yet, nearly all the diamond mines remained closed, and De Beers controlled the world supply of diamonds. Obtaining these industrial diamonds thus became a paramount objective for both the United States and Hitler’s Germany. In Washington, D.C., the administration of President Franklin D. Roosevelt began to hold emergency meetings about diamonds in 1940 when Hitler’s armies swept across Europe in a blitzkrieg and threatened to invade England. The possibility had to be at least considered that England, like France, might be overrun or surrender. In that event, the world diamond stockpile would fall into Hitler’s hands. Since the United States had less than one year’s supply of industrial diamonds, the loss of De Beers’ stockpile would make it difficult, if not impossible, to continue the war. The economic planners for the war estimated that the United ,States needed at least 6.5 million carats of industrial diamonds to convert its factories to war production. When apprized of this critical shortage in diamonds, President Roosevelt ordered the War Production Board, which had the responsibility for mobilizing the American economy for war, to buy the necessary 6.5 million carats from De Beers. De Beers, however, had other interests to consider. Its entire system for monopolizing diamonds depended on its controlling the available stockpile. Transferring a large portion of the stockpile from London to New York City, where it would be out of its control, ran counter to the De Beers logic. Even though the Americans persisted in the negotiations for the diamonds, they found that Sir Ernest Oppenheimer personally opposed any transfer of diamonds to the United States. He argued that if the United States had its own stockpile, and the war suddenly ended, it might release the diamonds and undercut the entire world order that he had so laboriously constructed. Moreover, he held that the United States had sufficient diamonds for present needs, and that De Beers would continue its delivery of diamonds to American manufacturers on a monthly basis. In one letter, he characterized the American demand for a stockpile as “farcical.” The Americans were dismayed by this intransigence. In an official Justice Department memorandum, the War Production Board expressed incredulity at the fact that “the leaders of the syndicate are intentionally risking the war production of the allies.” President Roosevelt, disturbed by this development, ordered the State Department to intervene directly with Winston Churchill’s war cabinet in London. The State Department found, however, that the British government was reluctant to press De Beers to part with the diamonds. An investigation by U.S. intelligence indicated that the division of the British government responsible for acting on the request was entirely staffed by former executives of the De Beers “syndicate.” In a secret memorandum, the War Production Board noted, “The diamond section of the government and the syndicate seem to be the same.”* After the Roosevelt administration had made continuing efforts to persuade the British government that the diamonds were of critical importance to the United States war effort, it ordered the State Department to play its trump card and threaten that the United States would interrupt the supply f airplanes that was vitally needed by the British to defend themselves against the Luftwaffe bombing raids. According to a confidential report in this Justice Department archive, dated April 16, 1942, “It was said unofficially that we would not give planes to England if the syndicate would not sell us the diamonds with which to make them.” This dramatic threat had the desired effect. The British government pressed De Beers to accommodate President Roosevelt, and De Beers yielded. Oppenheimer agreed to supply the United States immediately with one million carats–14 percent of the American request—and deposit an additional stockpile in Canada for the duration of the war. This Canadian stockpile, which would remain under De Beers control, was meant to mitigate the American concern over the possible capture of the London stockpile. The Roosevelt administration was not entirely satisfied with this compromise. It continued to apply pressure to the British government, demanding that De Beers supply the additional 5.5 million carats. By this time, the air of crisis had passed, and De Beers was able to procrastinate successfully. At first, it claimed that it did not have enough diamonds in its vaults to supply this amount. Then, after U.S. intelligence debunked this claim, De Beers advised that its vaults were bombed shut” in an air raid on London. A year passed. Then De Beers asserted that it needed additional time to prepare an inventory of the diamonds it had available. By this time, American officials feared that De Beers, despite the pressure exerted on it, had no intention of allowing a diamond stockpile of any magnitude to be established, even in Canada. Moreover, manufacturers of. diamond tools in the United States had begun complaining to the Office of Price Control that De Beers had effectively raised its prices as much as 60 percent through the device of reducing the quality of the diamonds it delivered. So, though the official price per carat remained the same, manufacturers had to buy more of the lower quality diamonds to build the tools and dies for industry. Since it was exceedingly difficult for the price control officials to measure the relative quality of industrial diamonds, De Beers was able to persist in its claim that it had not raised prices. In any case, the Justice Department concluded that the De Beers monopoly, by manipulating supplies from the stockpile, could impede the war effort. The Justice Department decided then to launch its own investigation into the diamond monopoly. It had the full cooperation of the War Production Board, which still wanted control of the diamond stockpile, and the OSS, the newly created U.S. wartime intelligence service. The Investigators were not held back by any inhibitions about intercepting mail, borrowing bank records or other such extralegal measures. They all shared a common objective: helping the war effort. In their roughshod manner, they soon began turning up bits of evidence indicating that De Beers had systematically stifled diamond mining in areas of the world over which it could not exert control. For example, intercepted letters from Oppenheimer’s associates suggested that litigation had been initiated in Venezuela to prevent Nelson Rockefeller and other Americans from developing diamond mines in that country. One such letter detailed the possibility of competition in Venezuela, and asked an intermediary to suggest to Oppenheimer that he be “ruthless in stamping it out.” Another intercepted letter from a Belgian diamond executive suggested that De Beers was intentionally exhausting the diamond mines in the Belgian Congo, while preserving its mines in South Africa, so that after the war was over De Beers “will have complete control over the market..” Justice Department investigators also looked into charges that De Beers had conspired to buy out and shut down potential diamond mining areas in the country of Guyana and the state of Arkansas. In Arkansas, it was charged that after diamonds were found there, Oppenheimer bought control of the company that was to mine the diamonds. Then, when the separation plant built on the site failed to produce a sufficient quantity of diamonds per ton of ore to make the mine profitable, it was closed. Subsequently, it was charged that the separation plant had been designed by the engineer in such a manner that it could not possibly retrieve diamonds. It emerged that the engineer was in the employ of De Beers. The mine, which was bought out by associates of Ernest Oppenheimer, was ordered closed in 1921 after Oppenheimer met the mine officials in New York, and the mine’s records were ordered destroyed. “An inference could be drawn . . . “the Justice Department memorandum noted, “that the property was sabotaged and then closed at the insistence of Sir Ernest Oppenheimer.” The evidence was admittedly highly circumstantial. Whatever were the specific tactics of De Beers, the justice Department investigators reached the conclusion that the singular effect of these efforts was to artificially restrain the production of diamonds. This, in turn, produced higher prices. A 1944 memorandum to the attorney general concluded, “The United States is paying monopoly prices for an essential material needed in wartime production.” If De Beers were an American company, the memorandum continued, “There would be no question as to [its] having violated the anti-trust laws.” Since De Beers was a South African corporation, the Justice Department had to demonstrate that it had some jurisdiction over its activities before it could consider prosecuting it. The FBI was called in to interview the leading diamond dealers in New York to determine whether De Beers, which sold them diamonds, could be construed as transacting business in the United States. The FBI reported, “The domestic trade operates in relative secrecy…. The syndicate will sell only to a small group of hand-picked dealers.” It further noted that De Beers officials avoided coming to the United States, and all transactions took place in London. Further inquiry showed that De Beers had closed all its bank accounts in the United States at the outset of the investigation. The assistant attorney generals at the Justice Department who had superintended the investigation realized that the antitrust division had little chance of ever bringing De Beers to court in the United States. Despite all the prodigious investigative efforts, the case was abandoned in late 1945. None of these documents cast any light on the question of how Hitler continued to obtain diamonds for the duration of the war. There was, however, an investigation of this problem by the OSS, the forerunner of the CIA. According to a summary of OSS documents, the OSS learned through its agents in Germany that in November of 1943 Hitler had only an eight-month supply of industrial diamonds. When these diamonds ran out, Hitler’s war machine would be crippled. It would no longer be possible to build V-2 rockets or other exotic weaponry. It was thus a crucial wartime goal to prevent Hitler from replenishing his supply of diamonds. As all mines in South Africa were closed, the OSS reckoned that there was only one place on earth from which the Germans could get industrial diamonds in sufficient quantity to maintain their .military-industrial complex: the Belgian Congo. The Belgian Congo was, however, administered by the Belgian government in exile, which was in London and completely under British control. The mines themselves were supervised, and policed, by the De Beers syndicate. In fact, when the justice Department began to move against De Beers, the War Department objected on the grounds that it might undercut the security system that De Beers had developed in the Belgian Congo. In an exchange of secret correspondence between the War and Justice Departments (which was declassified under my Freedom of Information request), it was argued by an official responsible for maintaining the diamond blockade that “almost the entire [diamond] production of Africa is policed through the operation of elaborate controls extending through every mining area of the continent.” Further, De Beers, which administered this program, sent “this controlled production … in a closely guarded stream to London.” The OSS had determined, however, that tons of diamonds were somehow reaching Nazi Germany. If the De Beers system of “elaborate controls” was as effective as the War Department held, how could such enormous quantities of diamonds be regularly reaching Germany? To answer this question, the OSS had proposed sending its own undercover agents from its field office in Accra to the Belgian Congo. Since the British Ministry of Economic Warfare was responsible for allied activities in the Congo, this OSS action had to be cleared in London. At first the ministry blocked the request, and then it had proposed a joint “diamond investigation.” OSS agents met with their British counterparts, but little was done to pinpoint the source of the smuggling. Finally the OSS chief in Accra reported to Washington, D.C.: “We have now come to the conclusion (a) that our assistance was requested in this program so that the Diamond Trading Corporation might discover how much we actually knew of the ramifications of the De Beers world monopoly, and (b) that the OSS/Accra recommendations for a Security Committee were sabotaged, not by the British Government, but by the representatives of the Diamond Trading Corporation, Ltd., London, through their domination of the Diamond Committee of the Ministry of Economic Warfare.” As the OSS pursued the investigation, it found that the diamonds were reaching the Axis powers through Tangier and Cairo. Its agents, posing as illegal buyers in these entrepots, found that industrial diamonds were being sold for $26 a carat, which was thirty times the official price. It became increasingly clear that enormous profits were being made on the millions of carats that were being smuggled into Germany. Tracing their way back through the chain of illegal sellers, an OSS agent code-named Teton reported back from Leopoldville that “the major source of leakage was the Forminiere Mines,” which had been under the control of the syndicate ever since they were developed. According to the OSS report, Teton, pretending to be an American official who had come to the Congo to register “all American males of draft age,” made highly productive “contact” in Leopoldville and eventually turned up evidence “that a full year’s supply of diamonds had reached Germany from Forminiere through Red Cross parcels.” The shipment of several million carats of diamonds through the parcels that were regularly sent from the Congo to Nazi-occupied Belgium required considerable organization and support in the intervening areas. Even though the investigation was causing great concern in the diamond section of the Ministry of Economic Warfare, Teton was ordered by the OSS to continue following the leads he had developed. Teton suspected that the Belgian police chief in Leopoldville was involved in the massive smuggling operation, and to test his suspicions he gave money to a Belgian citizen to make illegal diamond purchases in Leopoldville. As Teton suspected, the diamonds ‘traced directly to the police chief. Before Teton could follow the trail any farther, however, e Belgian citizen was arrested by the police. The Belgian identified Teton as his source for the funds, and Teton was declared persona non grata by the governor general of the Congo, and expelled. It again seemed to the OSS that British interests had stifled the investigation. In February of 1944, British and American intelligence officials met in Accra to attempt to resolve the jurisdiction problem. Rejecting the OSS idea of an “advisory commission” on diamond smuggling, the British decided instead have a diamond security expert and a mining engineer, bo of whom were to be hand-picked by Sir Ernest Oppenheimer, conduct a security study of the mine. Even though this self-serving plan was never actually implemented, the OSS concluded, “Thus the responsibility for security would have been turned over entirely to the industry.” Nevertheless, it was decided that British Intelligence would have the responsibility for interdicting the flow of diamonds to the Nazis. The OSS report noted that although this British intelligence operation was initially “well-planned,” it was unable to cope with the Syndicate’s control of the industry and its dealing with the enemy.” The suggestion that the De Beers-controlled syndicate was “dealing with the enemy” was not accepted; or at least not acted upon by the U.S. War Department. In a secret memorandum, dated November 21, 1944, Patrick A. Gibson wrote Assistant Attorney General Edward S. Stimson, “I suppose that we could not make any allegation that the defendants (De Beers) themselves have prevented effective control of leakage of industrial diamonds to Germany. . . Any theory of this nature would seem to depend upon supporting action by some units of the British Government. Clearly, the British government was not about to investigate such a sensitive matter. It was therefore concluded that it would be imprudent to “be involved in a controversy of this nature.” With the end of the war in 1945, the OSS was dissolved, and the question of “dealing with the enemy” was never resolved. American servicemen returned from overseas and purchased diamond rings for engagements that they had deferred. To meet the new demand, De Beers re-opened its mines in South Africa. The diamond invention had survived the war intact.

Gary Gevisser Subject: I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limites of their small authority; i.e. evil does not come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork.

Laura, you have previously let me know that you don’t think much of the intellect of your other Facebook friends including that one brother of yours who you say is a lawyer and who I actually thought did a rather good job of calling you out; but then you went and deleted that incredibly revealing dialogue.

I also happen to think most, if not all your other FB friends see right through what you are attempting to do, as you throw up one distraction after the next, all the while thinking that because no one calls you out that you have everyone fooled.

What is for certain is that you cannot fool yourself when you go down the path of denial. You start making mistakes without realizing that your health is also negatively impacted.

Your mind must still tell you that you are not the only person who understands perfectly that you couldn’t really be interested in a coffee date with me because the only condition I would meet with you is you agreeing ahead of time to our meeting being filmed, and streamed live over The Internet.

You also know it would be far more interesting than anything you have done in your entire life including when you were a loyal servant for the CIA back in the early 1980s.

When you click on the hyperlink above, that takes you to the April 7, 2005 email letter I received from the South African law firm Bell Dewar & Hall Inc who were representing the South African Sunday Times who like any major newspaper anywhere in the world is watched very carefully by the number one global banker De Beers-Anglo American Corporation-Barclays Bank whose first loyalty is to those supporting their monetary system whose foundation is real estate development at the expense of the planet – and you know about man moving dirt just like the ants – you will see that all I was asking for was for people such as myself who worked for De Beers to come forward with their evidence of impropriety.

The only reason Bell Dewar & Hall Inc had their nose bent out of shape is because De Beers and company were pissed off, but still they have not managed to stop me from getting the information out despite the best efforts of people such as you, who despite your CIA training would not know the best way to approach De Beers.

Given all the conversations you and I have had about De Beers you must surely have thought how grander a lifestyle you could enjoy by getting into the “good books” of De Beers.

How have you guided your 3 boys in their careers?

So while you continue to be a FB friend of mine, be a sport and take a shot at answering the question I have repeatedly put to you that sends you into a tailspin; namely, what section of The Diamond Invention book would De Beers’ top officials have pointed Warren Buffett to had he either refused to go ahead with the purchase of Ben Ridge Jewelers in May 2000, or had he attempted to drive too hard a bargain?

BTW, you could also invite your sons to join us in the filming as well as those nieces of yours who you say are the only reason you keep a Facebook account which I have never bought despite your repeated protestations.

Of course, I am not sitting idly by as you play your silly little games; instead I am making the most of your negative energy to wake up others.

As you know the best thing that ever happened to the Republican Party was President Obama who fully understood the mentality of the American voters when he signed on as the primary sponsor of the heinous Congo Relief, Security & Democracy Promotion Act which the US Congress passed into law in December 2006.

And what’s good for the Republican Party is good for the Democratic Party which like any charity that protects the mindless inheritors, is not good for the poor who are really not as stupid as you think, plus there must come a point in your life when you realize that there is a higher Power at play.

Gary Gevisser At 12 noon, after I had sent you our previous communications above via email, you wrote me back:

Gary,

I don’t know why you seem hate me … I helped you out with your move to Alpine, physically moving your furniture, storing your belongings, watching your car for 6 months, and yet, every time you communicate with me — you insist on trying to insult my friends and family (whom I treasure more than anything else in the world).  At one time, I also considered you my friend (who would have fallen into that treasured category), but now it seems that you don’t share that idea.

I don’t know anything about Berkshire Hathaway – Warren Buffet’s business dealings, I didn’t know that they had anything to do with any of the diamond retail organizations.  After our first discussion (which opened my eyes to the diamond industry corruption), I read two books on the Boar Wars, and started the Diamond Invention book, but I have yet to find time to finish it, … yet, you keep pounding this same idea that I know something in this arena – well – I don’t – and I won’t comment on it if I don’t.  That’s why I said, “please educate me over a cup of coffee”.  But, if you’re going to be a d!ck about it, never mind.

Also don’t give me your bull about not having the time to finish The Diamond Invention given how the main focus of all my conversations and meetings with you going back 7 odd years ago if not more, is about this most important non-fiction book ever written.

In fact, you could read the first chapter of the book to know how important it is in the eyes of anyone who owns real estate, and wants to keep profiting from land theft.

You have so much garbage to say on Facebook and yet what prevents you from hazarding a guess publicly on your FB wall with everyone to see, why De Beers and their favorite clients, the banks would loop Buffett in?

Gary Gevisser PS – Of course, I chose you first of all the people I know in the world to take a stab at answering that question, which I knew before asking you, it would have you inevitably acting viciously after doing your best to avoid. 

Would you do anything different were you in my shoes and were wanting to expose these important truths to the light? 

I know of no other FB friend of mine who was or is a member of the CIA, because I don’t ask those questions and nor has anyone else volunteered such information. 

You on the other hand, not only volunteered that you worked for the CIA but you also proudly displayed that information for many years in the “About” section of your Facebook; and that was during the time that I had my problems with sick ex CIA Knuff, who you recall admitted under oath on January 21, 2011 when I was handed the $4 million TEXAS DEATH SENTENCE default judgement, that he was having severe neurological problems that was forcing him to receive medical treatment in San Diego.

It wouldn’t be the first time you have come across in your life, someone getting their just deserve.

Do you think it has hurt Knuff’s screwed up mind the fact that he has yet to collect a penny from me while dishing out countless hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions on lawyer fees and bribes to cover up his and his lawyers’ criminality when filing a fabricated defamation lawsuit in the wrong jurisdiction of lawless Texas?

How difficult do you think it would be for De Beers’ top officials to fund Knuff and his lawyers-judges without a trace, using the same diamonds that Hitler didn’t use to fashion precision tooling and finance the rest of Nazi Germany’s military might?

Since you protest how good a friend you have been of me and Marie, did those thoughts ever enter your head enough for you to complete reading The Diamond Invention book?

A common sense person, let alone someone such as me who passed the grade to be employed by De Beers at their highest levels on US soil and before that I got to see exactly how they go about negotiating with their weak kneed government officials, would recognize the value of someone such as yourself who professes to be so close to me, to an organization like the banking cartel De Beers-Anglo American Corporation-Barclays Bank.

So lets assume you didn’t get to chapter 16, WARRING WITH ISRAEL which I have repeatedly directed you to as I have countless millions others. 

As you scroll down and see the words, “[Anthony Oppenheimer] met with De Beers’ favored clients, the bankers” but you didn’t understand what the word “client” meant, would you know how to find an online dictionary to assist you in your search?

What services do you think Oppenheimers-De Beers were providing not just any bank but the world’s number one branded bank, Barclays Bank?

Did the thought occur to you that De Beers were principally running a prostitution ring?

That would be a “service” right?

The easiest to understand definition of “client’ is what I just came across when doing a Google Search: “a person or group that uses the professional advice or services of a lawyer, accountant, advertising agency, architect, etc.”

Do you thinking minerals such as uranium are missing from that “client” definition?

You know about Lloyd’s of London’s banning order that has been in effect for more than a quarter of a century. Geoffrey Rothwell Phd has met this very quiet but most on top of things French-Canadian woman who I knew the moment I laid eyes on her that she was every male’s fantasy even the fatsos on $tatin drugs that they don’t know how to get off because their cardiologists don’t want to admit it was all a hoax.

Of course Geoffrey also knows the truth that just like there is no opposition groups to nuclear weapons development which is smoke-screened by the “good atom” energy, I am the only opposition to the money-drug cartel De Beers-Anglo American Corporation [DAAC] who run the entire show and now the German-South African Oppenheimer family are leaving it to their scapegoat Gareth Penny to take the fall.

More importantly so long as there is enough to go around it really doesn’t make any difference who is actually doing the allocating so long as they are either fair or if crooked then they can devise enough distractions that they don’t get caught.

The DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel are principally “financial engineers” with a good read of history, not simply the mafia of mafia that everyone knows but NOT EVERYONEchooses to talk about for good reason.

But all the bs is now coming home to roost since in the end all the numbers do have to add up and of course the Chinese who come top at our schools and universities all over the world can add as well as understand perfectly well that they can afford to increase their wages considerably without in the least bit disrupting their economy given their level of productivity and a population base that will therefore be able to afford all the goods and service they have been providing to us at “bargain basement” prices as the DeBeers-Dollar begins to experience an unprecedented precipitous collapse from which there will be ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF RECOVERY but for those many Americans who are not pencil pushers this is not only the greatest time to be alive but with each tick of the clock their skills, such as carpentry, welding, feeding chickens, painting, plumbing, electrical and the such they are finally going to prosper big time, more than capable of competing against the Chinese who have no intentions of taking over the greatest welfare state the world has every known.

Ever since the British crown with their counterparts here in the United States decided they had to find away around the will of the masses who were in fact rather shocked by the pictures along with the first hand accounts of such atrocities, so began the conspiracy of conspiracy beginning with American media barons such as Hearst and Pulitzer who didn’t need to be schooled in the benefits of having monopolistic powers so long as they didn’t get caught.

I have in fact thrown nothing short of a monkey wrench in to the most brilliantly devised perpetual “muni making machine” [sic] and the “timing” was triggered when I decided to check in with my Israeli-American friend Guy Friedman who had just returned from a 4 week trip to China, Guy letting me know that if I want to visit his 94 year old great mother-in-law who lives in a remote village, “you will need a sherper and then a Bedouin to guide the sherpa.”

Again, I would wager my bottom worthless DeBeers-United States Dollar that not close to 1% of the mostly non-Jewish world had any idea before I began broadcasting it just the other day that the pawns of the DAAC are as VEHEMENTLY OPPOSED to the State of Israel as are the so called “Islamic Extremists” and have been this way ever since Israel got its statehood in 1948 when most of the world including the overwhelming majority of Jewish people thought the odds of winning against a sea of hatred fed by the DAACBritish and American forces were “slim and none”.

Israeli Commanding Officers along with the very best of the best Israeli commandos who again mostly come out of Israel’s kibbutz’s which breed teamwork like no other place on this planet including China fall predominantly into the category of “non-religious” or “irreligious”.

It is in fact the gentile world that is going to have the hardest time getting over the shock that it is mostly white Christian men who have been in “command and control” of the DAAC from its formation following the atrocious victories on the farmlands of South Africa where the indigenous black peoples were not exactly an afterthought.

You must surely appreciate that it didn’t take my extraordinarily brilliant wife more than 30 seconds and I was counting as I kept saying, “What, What, What” to get on to the same page as those who have commanded and lost the best of Israel’s very best who are known to so very few who know best to keep their big mouths shut tight especially since they began to take inexplicable losses that are of course making perfect sense as Knowledge-Information-Light travels at Light-G-D-speed.

Fred DeLuca like me lives very much in the “open”, seeing no point in hiding behind big walls and the such despite there being many questions about how Fred no doubt one of the smartest people I have caught red handed playing it fast and loose was able to go from 3 failing sandwich shops to some 15,000 odd without the United States Congress asking him as well as his backers just a handful of tough questions.

You would know from reading the feature article in the March 1998 edition of Fortune Magazine titled, The Biggest Problem in Franchising that Fred had rather powerful friends in the Clinton Administration beginning with the head of the Justice Department who came out of the Rose law firm of Little Rock Arkansas the same law firm that billed sufficiently to give Senator Hilary Clinton her kick start although the media talking heads mostly like to talk about the $10,000 commodity trade she did that resulted in a measly $100,000 profit.

Worth noting that hours before I met with Fred DeLuca for the first time on December 31st 1996 at his home in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida that I understood first belonged to a friend of his who failed to pay him back a loan I had taken the precaution without knowing anything about Fred’s ongoing issues with the DAAC United States Congress to have not one but two Israeli Special Forces commandos fly in to Florida, one directly from Israel and the other from Copenhagen who I had got to meet for the first time in late 1989 when doing “due diligence” on a number of investments for South African industrialist Solly Krok whose flagship operation in the United States was Epilady USA Inc. which owned the distributorship rights to the torturous Epilady woman’s shaver that was produced on Kibbutz Hagoshrim in Israel’s upper Galilee region.

Suffice to say that only the Copenhagen based Israeli agent-commando was aware of the Flotilla 13 commando flying in from Israel who if need be could have single handedly without me “sweating a single bullet” taken out Fred and all his goons which included a South African by the name of Desmond Levine who I had known since I was 15 years of age and had Dessie in fact been on Ulpan with me in 1972 it is very possible that instead of grabbing him as I did by the throat within minutes of Fred inviting him to join us it is very possible this very sparse but very white house would have been a very bloody place.

For every action-reaction-overreaction there is an equal and opposite action-reaction-overreaction, nothing is gained nor is it lost.

There is no such thing as “simply luck” each and every one of us “makes our luck” by constantly being smart using to the utmost the cards that are dealt to us each and every moment of the day and night so that when an unexpected situation occurs one can go with one’s “instincts” and not be in the least bit afraid of whatever the consequences including death, worse yet dismemberment.

I am constantly reminded of my Israeli brothers who had their penises cut off and stuffed in their mouths following their front line positions on the Golan Heights in northern Israel being overrun in the 1973 Yom Kippur-Day of Atonement war when Israel was caught “flatfooted” the first sign the world had that Israel’s over-the-top Intelligence services made up of not only the best of the best killing machine Special Forces but computer geeks tapped in 24/7 to the rest of the world’s intelligence services such as the CIA and the British M5 had “lost it” but I had known there was something very wrong a couple of years before meeting for the one and only time with David Ben Gurion on November 1st l972.

My totally incredible wife, MDG did in fact nail it in her recent email to my amazing father which she BTW compiled all on her own, beginning with, “Gary has a knack for uncovering the money trail” but MDG was in fact telling my father what he and every member of my family knew which of course she understood but saw no harm given their selective memory in being reminded of such facts so that they and the rest of the world anxiously awaiting this broadcast don’t do anything that they might later regret.

Even at the time I met DBG along with all the other South African Jewish kids my age at his very modest home on Kibbutz Sde Boker in the Negev Desert on a small green patch of grass 13 months to the day before he passed away also of a broken heart versus my father’s complaint which is leaky heart valve propped up by a non-kosher pig’s valve, there was probably no one alive that had as closer roots to him than me and my immediate family although I am quite certain that besides for my RM none of my siblings nor my father were aware that my mother’s paternal grandmother, Nechie Badash who came specifically from Israel to help raise my over-the-top brilliant mother was born and raised in the tiny village of Poinsk in “White Russia” along with DBG, this Poinsk not the same as another much larger place also in that region of the world that goes by the same name.

I knew from well before the moment I saw an aide of DBG follow me as I made a miniscule deposit into my RM’s one bank account at Bank Leumi that I was a “watched” …

The fact that you earlier responded that you liked what else I had to say, “Laura, do you say to yourself, ‘I love listening to lies when I know the truth’?” only tells me that you have yet to look yourself in the mirror and get the reality check that is much needed.

 

You have a long life ahead of you; meaning you have many breaths still to take, so why not releave yourself of the stress by coming clean?

 

Do you take anything other than your desire to grab on to as much wealth as you can and retain it, seriously?

 

You wouldnt be the first Jewish anti-Semite to invoke their Jewish heritage. Are you aware that the most well known and to many the greatest Jewish person who has ever lived after Moses was Jewish? Jesus Christ who was born orthodox Jewish, lived the life of a righteous Jewish person, got persecuted and murdered which was not right, for it was godawful disgusting, and no one deserving such treatment, just horrible; and in all likelihood got buried “accroding” [sic] to Jewish custom.

The biological mother is the standard test of Jewishness, which of course I don’t subscribe to because I am first of all not stupid. Silver is as pathetic in his arguments of his self-righteousness as you, and yet you both have in common the fact that neither of you have the balls to unfriend me; and I find the two of you anything but my friends because you are not a friend of the truth, and therefore you care nothing about the poor who are only poor because people such as you pull out all distracting stops which prevents the poor from getting the knowledge and that is not just from a standpoint of democratic principles, forget the rest.

 

You are only about working the current system so that you can play as much as the next person who you envy the most. Nothing else motivates you other than perhaps thinking that you must have a little intelligence, that you cannot be [so] stupid as you portray.

 

Notice in your argument that you are the greatest friend of the good Jewish people, there is no renunciation of you godawful disgusting promotion of anti-Semitism.

PS – Have you ever been handed a dossier containing Top Secret information without any explanation and not knowing what to do with it other [than] to read it and decide who else above and below you was given the same material? In the same context, if you were a member of a police department, and you were handed a bribe either in cash or told that arrangements had been made for you to afford a nicer house and/or vacations with your children and not necessarily your husband who you might not get all that along with, and you can usually tell from the shape of the woman how eager the couple are to jump into bed with each other, would you take the bribe or risk losing your job? Do you recall when the officials in charge of the allocation of the bribes to the New York Police department back in the early 1970s spoke about 75% of the NYPD being on the take, they did not mention either how they came up with that number or what the impact was on those police officers who hadn’t been offered bribes?

The fact that he is only half black doesnt enter your mind. That does not mean they have stopped watching.

That 6 million is more than the losses from 9/11 and the consequence War of Terror victims on all sides, unless you include the genocide in the Congo.

6 million hasnt even stirred any of my Jewish brothers and sisters.

Look how Doctors Without Borders have got invovled in the refugees escaping north Africa such as Libya.

Try as best you can not to put it down to “apathy” because first of all those such as you who are outraged demonstrate that you don’t suffer from apathy until such time as you see how this genocide in the Congo was designed to have everyone quiet and to see TV as their main form of entertainment as they lose their bodies to indifference to the suffering of the poor who are not mostly blacks but all humans who suffer from Poverty of Thought.

Nor are all the poor alcholics, just like not all of the rich are alcoholics, but if you do suffer from any addiction other than eating healthy food that never once had a heartbeat then you might as well write yourself as a lost cause.

Surely your silence is because you are beginning to see the plan that had the puppet half black Obama brought to power, which was the same plan that had puppet Mandela who I as kid came close to worshipping given what appeared to be his stand against injustice until such time as I figured that he too was deafening silent about the very visible people who were profiting from the extermination of the poor, first in wars, but the mopping up was even more treacherous as they got the likes of Doctors Without Borders, Amnesty International, Council of Europe-Defender of Human Rights, World Council of Churches and each and every government on the planet complicit in this most evil game.

It is not possible that you can be any busier than me given how you have far more FB friends to contend with than I do and each of them know how to read, and still their indifference does not make them any less interested.

Why be part of a miserable pack who don’t care about your children and grandchildren just like they obviously don’t care about their own as they use their family members as well as fair weather friends to achieve their end goal which is to find the easiest and quickest way possible to enjoy all the wonderful gifts of Mother Nature.

Think about gathering all your FB friends to join in this discussion, and suggest that they try and do better than putting up a sad face, as much as it makes them feel that they have done enough to contribute to the murder of their minds.

Nor should you feel much comforted that despite me mentioning this book umpteen times to my one Jewish American programmer, Adam L. Engelhard Jr. [1917-1971].

Earlier today I was seated at the Del Mar City public library next to a public accountant from the State of Washington who is studying for the CPA exam here in California, and I couldn’t help notice the frown on his face getting larger each time he turned over the page of a book that had in big letters on the

Had I told him about how Jeff Malatskey who is today glob trotting on behalf of his employer Ernst & Young doing audits for corrupt financial institutions, first showed his disdain for the profession as he went about bribing the printers of exam papers at the University of Natal-Kwazulu, South Africa to print him off extra copies that he in turn sold to those willing to pay like the former head boy of Carmel College, Durban, South Africa, David Levy who became the President of an orthodox Jewish synagogue just up the street in La Jolla, California that was first funded by Roy Essakow, no doubt he would have told me his horror stories before going on to wish me luck as he soon left the long table we were sharing after first taking a big swig of a large plastic Pepsi Cola bottle.

First, each of us had to be intellectually honest about what is going on as we ignore the reality that [it] is overwhelming poor, young and dumb American kids being forced through the systemically corrupt monetary system that was designed to fail from the very beginning, into army boots to kill and be killed.

Second, it is impossible to come up with fair compensation for these individuals who would demand an arm and a leg if they knew as much about how the real world works as you and me.

Third, to fix the problem, one first has to fully explore the problem.

Their pocket book makes them feel superior and entitled, so their level of tolerance is very limited.

They can have compassion for the moment.

Let me quickly come back to why Janie Moshal Gevisser, the mother of David Gevisser whose “purse string” controller brother Sol “The Little King” Moshal was still very much alive back in March 1967, along with all her 4 children, decided to spend Passover-Pesach dinner with us Gevissers where there was not a Moshal present.

By this time, despite The Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies beginning with ACME Timber at the peak of their power, German-American Charles W. Engelhard Jr. had made it patently clear that he was not going to let a bunch of Jewish traders interfere with his plans to own everyone and everything worth talking about.

While naming all the gun-money-power families here in the US, David Gevisser in screwing with a whole bunch of important dates underplays the extraordinary influence of Engelhard throughout the world because to do so brings into question why would someone so powerful be spending so much time in South Africa dilly dallying.

David Gevisser talks about the corruption of the South African Apartheid Regime and specifically how they had to have gone along with Engelhard sending solid gold ashtrays out of South Africa.

But he makes it look like Engelhard was forced like all the other business people to make accommodations with the US Government’s Apartheid Regime, in order to “survive”.

The fact that I know that David Bellavia is nowhere near as corrupt as people above him does not make David’s short-circuits less painful.

According to Adam Lee Tucker who had more than an hour long conversation with Mr. Bellavia when he decided to delete me as a FB “friend” as he felt my writings on his FB “wall” would discourage his fans from purchasing more of his books, Mr. Bellavia mentioned that he had spoken with David Horwitz of the JP who apparently told Mr. Bellavia who was now grasping at straws to keep the money flowing into his bank account, that it means absolutely nothing to have letters published in the Jerusalem Post.

You will have heard that in the last 48 hours the US Government has decided to give its military a huge pay increase.

You also know that small businesses throughout the US are dying left and right.

The only thriving businesses in the US is the military and prison populations who are the official lawbreakers.

How does the US afford to give its military a huge pay increase without compensating equally the rest of its citizens?

You do understand, even though you don’t think about it often when figuring out the profit on each piece of biltong you sell, that logic plays a critical role in military intelligence.

Military commanders on all sides know that the military that wins the war and can hold the ground, even if there is no gold directly underground, has the ability to set the value of its currency, and should the local merchants-farmers not accept the assigned value of the military ruler’s currency, then they will be dealt with that much more brutally.

Israel is one of those abnormalities since its founders, beginning with David Ben Gurion, were not looking to get rich.

This is hugely important because it explains why the Allied powers led by the US who had shown that it was willing to use nuclear weapons on civilian populations to send a message to future adversaries, placed the most diabolical arms boycott on the fledgling State of Israel with the clear intention to make Israel the shortest lived nation in the history of the world.

Of course the reasons why Israel’s corrupt civilian leadership don’t bring up these historical facts is because they are corrupt; but they too will die off and their legacy including how they have allowed a single Israeli child to go to sleep hungry let alone thousands, will outlive them all.

Non-corrupt Israeli Military Commanders and who have access to Israel’s superior weapon systems are not in the least bit afraid of Uncle Sam but Uncle Sam does of course have more dirty pictures than senior Israeli Cabinet Ministers like Ehud Barak spending $2500 a night on hotel suites while procuring weapon systems which of course Israel could demand for free as compensation for past atrocities including the Rockefellers failing to pay a fair wage for their Jewish slave laborers working the assembly line of their I.G. Farben gas pellet production facility in the center of Auschwitz.

Even Barak can decide he is no longer going to be taken for a fool.

Of course Barak is not all that overweight that prevents him playing the fool.

There is also a reason why people who have been bribed to keep quiet remain deafeningly silent.

You think that because your mind tells you think about the next word you read, and now when last thinking when you drank something fresh and healthy and constantly about the cancerous cells within your body already perfectly programmed to give you the punishment you most deserve, that you are therefore in full control of your faculties?

People ask why I dont just write a book like everyone else and then follow up with a sequal and you will buy it even if you only manage to get hold of a stolen copy and deny to others that you havent read it, and that no matter what you say most people wouldnt beleive you and why they won’t ask?

You know that you are still smart enough which is part of your punishment, and able to figure out a number of things on your own such as solving math equations, you quickly realize that one of the first things is that your parents cannot be God no matter how much they might look like you.

What is so intelligent about breeding other than having power over another human being?

No one even seems to point too strong a finger at Jesus Christ for not breeding more unwanted children.

It is the children who are doing most of the fighting and when our parents bred us are you saying that they didn’t know this but justified their selfishness because they thought that with more of us there would be less fighting?

Now I can understand if you can only find yourself an ugly person but why not think about how your children are going to feel, especially if you are depressed.

Then when they start telling you how hard they have worked all their lives to afford you your lifestyle you start to recognize a rather nasty streak that is in stark contrast to when you were very young and they were so gentle and kind and just not being able to get enough pleasure out of answering all your good questions.

So you figure it is the person with the money who is always the boss, unless of course you are in the military and even the best military commanders know that to have the best weapon systems means knowing the right people with the money.

Israel’s top military commander in its War of Independence [Nov. 1947-Jan. 1949] was David Ben Gurion.

Even if Ben Gurion had a nuclear bomb at his disposal it is unlikely he would have used it even if looked like Israel was going to be wiped out by sunset on May 15th, 1948, the official start of its first war of survival that continues.

Then again, because I never asked him that question, I don’t know for sure.

What I do know was that Ben Gurion had the very best of intelligence and the best soldiers that money could buy including mercenaries who fought alongside the great many volunteers who came from all over the world, with a very disproportionately large number coming from South Africa, especially within the brutal Israel Air Force given how it was no secret that the best Fighter-Bomber-Pilots belonged to Jan Smuts’ South African Air Force, the world’s second oldest air force.

Don’t blame me for the fact that a great many Israelis today know very little about Ben Gurion let alone his most profound remarks in opposition to the US Government which he directed by simply saying he found no fault with the Arab armies wanting to wipe out Israel since us Jewish people had no reason for

being there, apart from the fact that if any of us were to survive the ongoing genocide that didn’t end with the pogroms of eastern Europe or the defeat of Nazi Germany which was simply a temporary delay in implementing the FINAL SOLUTION, it would be necessary for the Jewish people to build the best army in the world and when the time was right to forge an everlasting peace with her neighbors who had absolutely nothing to do the murder of half of European Jewry.

Have you noticed that in every discussion involving an elected or non-elected government official there is the talk of money and/or funding and taxing this and that, but none of them ever suggest that De Beers help out?

Now if I were allowed to be one of the questioners of De Beers executives during one of those US Congressional hearings would you be in favor or opposed to such a move, and if opposed why?

On Cases for Holocaust Survivors

Deborah Sturmangrew up hearing gruesome accounts of how the Nazis slaughtered her grandparents’ 12 brothers and sisters, many of whom perished in concentration camps.

As a teenager, she moved to Europe to study music and later pursued a career as a concert French horn player in Germany. But her passion for Holocaust survivors led her to become politically active on their behalf and to eventually attend law school, in part, so she could pursue legal actions on their behalf.

Today, Ms. Sturman, 40 years old, works exclusively on Holocaust litigation at Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach, a prominent New York law firm that is better known for bringing shareholder class actions against companies whose stock prices have dropped. And while lots of high-profile lawyers have been grabbing headlines with Holocaust lawsuits lately, Ms. Sturman has had a big impact behind the scenes.

Two years ago, when she joined Milberg Weiss as a relatively green lawyer, the firm was involved only in the big Swiss banks case that settled last summer for $1.25 billion. Ms. Sturman set out to persuade name partner Melvyn Weiss to file a slave-labor case on behalf of people who were forced by the Nazis to work for a variety of companies.

“There wasn’t a day that she didn’t come into my office and hawk me,” says Mr. Weiss, who at first thought slave-labor claims were too old to succeed. Ms. Sturman insisted that a case could be made.

To test her theory, Mr. Weiss invited Harvard legal scholar Arthur Miller to come in and grill her about it. The two-hour meeting, she says, “was pretty intimidating,” since she was only two years out of law school at the time.

But she held her ground and explained that the claims are allowed because the 1989 reunification of Germany and two subsequent German legal opinions lifted the moratorium on bringing slave-labor claims that was imposed by the 1953 London Debt Agreement. Mr. Miller recalls being persuaded, partly by her argument and partly by her intensity. “You could see enormous determination and a fire in her eyes,” he says.

Burt Neuborne, a New YorkUniversityLawSchool professor who is acting as an adviser in the bank case and who also vetted her theory, says none of the more experienced lawyers realized they could bring a slave-labor claim until she explained why.

Her work contributed to the filing of the first slave-labor class action, in which a Belgian woman sued the German arm of Ford Motor Co., in federal court in Newark, N.J., last year. Milberg Weiss is now involved in 20 of the roughly 40 slave-labor cases pending in U.S. courts. The lawsuits have prompted some 15 German companies to begin discussions about a compensation fund for slave laborers.

“There comes a time when you have to do something about it,” Ms. Sturman says. “These people suffered so enormously. There’s got to be some sort of recognition of that before they die.”

These days, Ms. Sturman travels to Germany nearly every month to work on the cases. While Mr. Miller says she is still learning about American class actions, her historical perspective and fluency in several languages, including German, is invaluable to the lawyers’ efforts.

She learned German, as well as Dutch, French and Italian, after moving to Belgium to study music and make it her career. In Germany, she played for the West German Broadcast Orchestra, married a tax attorney (from whom she has since been divorced), had a child and got involved in Jewish causes. She also began selling real estate on behalf of American and Israeli Jews who didn’t want to come to Germany for the transactions.

But she found being a Jew in Germany difficult. Once, when she insisted a grocer give her a receipt for six pounds of coffee she was buying for the orchestra, he refused, saying: “I haven’t seen such pettiness since the Jews left.”

Such incidents soured her on Germany. So she returned to the U.S. to pursue a law degree at the University of California at Los Angeles.

After a brief clerkship with the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, she worked with Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a clinic that provides free legal representation for the indigent, trying to speed up the claims of about 800 mostly Russian Holocaust survivors that were pending before the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany in New York. David Lash, the group’s executive director, recalls being impressed by her knowledge of what happened in each concentration camp and ghetto.

She also helped California state lawmakers draft legislation extending the deadline to the year 2010 for Holocaust survivors and their families to file lawsuits in state court against insurance companies that failed to honor policies of people whose family members died. And she worked on a bill that would explicitly allow slave-labor claims in state court.

Recently, an elderly Holocaust survivor came to see Ms. Sturman at her midtown Manhattan office, which is decorated with an antique French horn and a poster that says “Poland, First to Fight.” A Polish emigre, he explained that he fled the Nazis with his mother through the sewers of Warsaw. She ended up in a prison camp and he in a Catholic orphanage. They were reunited after the war.

He gets a small pension from the German government but hopes Ms. Sturman can get him an increase because he recently developed cancer. She assured him that she knows how to handle the red tape, adding, “I’m very aggressive.”

Again, when last did you say to someone who was looking great, fit and lean, “My God, you are so thin; are you okay?”
I bet it was more often than saying to a male-woman, “My God, why are you so fat; don’t you have any respect for yourself?”
