My goal is to do my best to see to it that mom gets the best care.

Alan Zulman is a sick puppy.

He is egocentric, the human peacock that needs everyone to pay attention to him. He is nice so long as you are paying attention and needing of him. He needs admiration like anyone who is unaccomplished; oops that is most of the world.

The previous 2 paragraphs is something the 3 of you know, all too well other than the “Oops” and what followed.

Were we on speaking terms, Alan Zulman would be left alone to die in the most miserable pain, while calling upon the corrupt medical doctors to speed up the administering of the deadly morphine.
Since we are not, I am left to do my best to get the 3 of you, who are very different to begin with, plus you each have different agendas given your differing wealth and most importantly the relative unhealthiness of your bodies, to come to your senses.

No one can deny that there are few if any of my biological age who are as healthy as me; and that can also be seen in how well my brain muscle works.

Mom’s smile started out gentle, but so very personally welcoming; and then she smiled her usual most genuine smile that I have only seen directed towards me; quite different to how in mid-2014 she began to grit her teeth when she saw you Neil rambling on about nothing at the video taped launch of your book, which followed by 4 months the publication in February 2014 of Mark Gevisser’s atrocious LOST AND FOUND IN JOHANNESBURG where there is no tribute, because there was no mention of the torture-murder of his close cousin and my classmate, Sandra Moshal Jacobson [1957-1997]; so conspicuously absent; and you recall her half naked body found in the trunk of her car in Johannesburg in late October 1997.

You all know that I am today the only person alive who knew Sandra and would enjoy her being alive; the rest quite content that her torture execution was the best thing to keep quiet anyone else thinking of speaking out.

Mom got an honorable mention in LOST IN FOUND IN JOHANNESBURG which centers around the brutal home invasion that the pig

Mark Gevisser experienced in January 2012. [If I get a few dates wrong, you will forgive [me] because I have been doing a lot of driving today in the Golan Heights where we experienced the worst fog I have ever driven in; and of course we passed by a multiple car pileup.]

Right before beginning writing to the 3 of you, I replied to an AirBnb host who declined our request because she has a NO DOG policy.

Here is one that I shared with a host on Airbnb whose messages to me were not getting through and it looked like my only course of action, outside of getting Airbnb involved who don’t like controversy when it looks like a host is “lying through their teeth” as we experienced on a houseboat in Amsterdam back in the fall of 2014, was to bring “public international attention”.

My message reads:

I’m glad that got sorted out. I also had trouble writing to you from my regular computer. It is very strange, but there is a reason for everything including that we should be more mobile and less attached to material possessions like cars which without it is very difficult to get about. We are in the Arab-Druze village of “Mas Ada” [sic] and heading to Tel Dan Reserve but with the weather I’m not sure we will be hiking and then making our way to you.

It has been a great trip including the unexpected visit to The Upper Galilee Museum of Prehistory where those from 780,000 BCE got the aesthetic perfect with their stone axes well ahead of Plato who saw that to be wise one had to be just and the aesthetic-beauty was a part of it; not to mention, nothing worse than a blunt ax story; to mention little of yesterday I visited with my very sharp 86 year old mother who I hadn’t seen in more than 14 years, and her 2nd husband who I hadn’t also seen in that time period, when greeting me warned me that my mother was suffering from advanced dementia only because he needed convincing himself that he was up to no good; to mention in passing, God has already punished him for his dirty deeds with advanced cancer of the bladder and kidneys

The genius design of the system is that what goes around in this lifetime with a vengeance occurs just as perfect in the afterlife

Those 275 words including the 3 smiley faces, were I to begin publishing them the way I had the Jerusalem Post publish, beginning on Feb 1. 2001 my first of four letters to the editor, it would shake up not only my 3 elder siblings to the point that they would have the greatest difficulty showing their face in public, but all those not doing the right thing because of the so growth stunting inheritance laws.

BTW, the first sentence of my first letter to Jerusalem Post’s editors read:

Not to mention those 32 words continue to send shockwaves throughout the world.

To mention little of there is a reason why it is that everyone who reads those words including each member of the Israeli Knesset goes into instant shock as their bodies continuing rocking back and forth as you see a great many before the Western-Wailing Wall.

You will recall that on June 7, 2006, 10 months after Alan terminated the flow of the rental income from my bachelor apartment in Cape Town from reaching dad, my French-Canadian wife Marie Dion who is resting comfortably with Mango on the bed in this rather cozy spa house that features a very warm, and efficient wood burning stove and jacuzzi, wrote dad the most brilliant supportive letter, and copied all 3 of you.

The 3 of you did nothing other than speak your silence. Your common sense hadn’t kicked in or by that time you had cozied up to Zulman, who made the mistake of disconnecting both the phone and answering machine at the apartment in Netanya after I called last night to find out how the so important doctors visit had gone yesterday.

Dad, of course was much smarter than the 3 of you ever gave him credit for because you made the mistake, like most, of judging a book by its cover.

When did it occur to you that dad could have become financially independent long before Mark Gevisser’s father stole dad’s birthright?

You would know what a spectacular writer dad was just by his entries in his 2 logbooks from World War II.

No Fighter Bomber Pilot of WW II has ever penned anything like what dad was capable of doing.
Today, dad’s two logbooks sit in a fireproof but unlocked safe in our rock cabin in the forest. It is my hope that if anyone gets through the recently installed double “failsafe” security system, will first open the safe and come to the realization that the contents are worthless, and would leave the safe alone
so that were a fire to later burn down the cabin, then the logbooks might survive; and if not, what is

Dad did not live to see the publication of the extraordinarily incriminating LOST AND FOUND IN JOHANNESBURG, but he did read David Gevisser’s 2006 autobiography, THE UNLIKELY FORESTER that got published after those responsible for Sandra’s horrible execution promoted the cover story which the South Africa media first published on September 5, 2006, the same day that Putin met with virulent anti-Semite and anti-Israel Nicholas Oppenheimer who you recall from my many speeches was born on the same day that our paternal grandmother Kate Sher Gevisser died, June 8, 1945.

Neil remembers well how dad joined us when we went to visit the restaurant-bar of Kerry Anderson’s aunt who was “shacked up” with a German man who was running the bar, and it is not because we had a photo taken as a reminder, and which I still have. All 3 of us knew that there was a distinct possibility that physical violence could have resulted if what Kerry had told us was true; namely that she believed that this German man had something to do with the boating death of the husband- boyfriend of the aunt as this German man and the boyfriend-husband were out alone on the yacht when the “convenient accident” occurred and the next thing he was not only “shacked up” with the aunt but you all 3 know enough about the bar business without being alcoholics that the profitability of the bar drives everything including the future lease negotiations with the owner of the master-lease.
Both dad and Neil left it up to me to “take the lead”, and nor was I willing to accept Kerry’s story as compelling as it sounded; and it turned out that Kerry was “dead wrong” which is not to say that the German man turned out to be a mensch given how so few exist.

That is to tell you, I have not changed; and I am not “jumping the gun” now. Time, however, is fast running out for mom.

Alan Zulman has been “caught red handed” and knows perfectly well that I didn’t buy this bullshit dementia story.

For sure the slave maid is complicit.

Not to act, is to act.

You could sell this one to Hollywood.

All that mom has going for her is God.

For her to have survived this long and without her best friend at her side these past 14 years is a miracle.

Zulman showed little patience towards mom, and that has to be increasing as he is dying.

What the 3 of you have yet to learn about human nature, business, wills, money etc I have long forgotten, and you would also know that I have the best memory of anyone you know, if not alive; and that is because I do not lie. Few if any adult can say the same thing.

Once when I was 10 and quite certain from the dinner table conversation that dad was going to be flying in the upcoming 6 Day War and it wasn’t going to be a secret with dad suddenly disappearing, I made passing mention of it to a friend who told his parents who then questioned mom who ever so lightly scolded me because I was not yet into abstract age; and she knew that the fault was hers for allowing such frank conversation around the mahogany dining room table which is currently in storage where it has been for most of the past 38 years; if only the wood could talk.

When dad wrote on March 11, 2009, “I suggest you ask my youngst son Gary” – CLICK HERE – in answer to the question why our family didn’t leave South African when the DeBeers Apartheid Regime came to power in 1948, it was because he knew I was the best person to provide the answer; he was also sending the clearest message of who was to be the most trusted.

Such a very important question should be asked of every Jewish South Africa alive at the time as well as those born since, and if they haven’t thought to ask themselves that question, it does not mean they are wise.

THE UNLIKELY FORESTER had either mom’s or God’s hand written all over it.

How easy it would have been for dad, were it not for his pride and knowing that he would be interfering with me exposing David Gevisser and all the rest of the world’s hypocrites, to have called David Gevisser and resolved all the outstanding issues of his birthright being stolen; and for dad agreeing to remain silent, horrible stutterer David Gevisser would have agreed to a kings ransom.

David Gevisser died the following month.

Given how I knew it would take a miracle for me to see mom again, I had begun writing mom a long letter which I planned to mail both to Wive and Natanya but I never got to finish it with all that has been going on; and in it I provide the type of dialogue that dad could have had with his bastard first cousin David Gevisser which would have scared the living daylights out of all those who profited from dad’s lifetime “blackballing” following Natie Kirsh “closing shop” in 1970.

Now it is obvious that mom would never have seen that letter.

As sick puppy Zulman hurried us out of the apartment, mom squeezed my hand and said, “Ask me your questions!”

It is highly unlikely I will ever see my mother again; and the shame is as much yours as it is Zulman’s, but more so you because he is not family.

“Ask me your questions!”

That is perfect Zena Gevisser, still very much on top of her game.

How many parents today teach their young kids to question?

Can you think of any parent alive today speaking to their adult child, asking knowing that she may never see them again, “Ask me your questions!”?

I am ready to be polygraphed; what about the 3 of you?

Mom couldn’t have married anyone who was more the exact opposite of her than so insecure Zulman.

Mom and dad were the perfect couple other than of course Marie and me, and which mom could see perfectly with her perfect mind that was helped by her good eyesight which she let me know about both, by how quickly and carefully she studied most beautiful eyed Mango who Zulman felt the need to make the joke when first seeing such perfect in every respect most well behaved Mango, by saying that mom’s two poodles were named, Banana and Pineapple; bearing in mind, that Zulman had first greeted me with the heart-wrenching mind-body-soul words, “I just want to warn you that your mother is now in the advanced stages dementia; she doesn’t really know what is going on”.

You must of course know that it is almost a certainty that of yesterday when Marie, Mango and I – and Mango now is making sounds that we have never heard before, and boy can he make sounds that come from another universe altogether – mom would outlive Alan who did the most obscene act when co-opting-corrupting the slave maid who he had coached when I first left the apartment to get Marie and Mango who were waiting in the car and also never expecting in a million years that I would actually be visiting with mom; and the maid piping in about 20 seconds after Zulman suddenly announced as he saw all the very coherent interaction that included mom reading and smiling throughout a letter I brought along which she had sent me back on December 2, 1986, “We have to leave in 5 minutes because we have doctors’ appointments”; and again the Israeli maid’s words, “We have to leave now!”.

Not to mention, as our very quick reader mother read every word, I asked her, “Do you remember it?” Her quick response, “Of course, I wrote it!”

Imagine the racist of racist Zulman who sees anyone of either dark brown skin or coming from the working poor, allowing a “nothing” to “forget her place”.

The maid must have been shocked to her core to have Zulman coaching her, unless there is something going on between Zulman and the maid that “doesn’t meet the eye”.

No slave that Zulman employs should be assumed to be incorruptible. The fact that it is standard operating procedure throughout the world to take advantage of the hardworking poor, will never make it right.

You all of course have done the evaluations of mom and Zulman’s holdings, not just the valuable real estate in England and Israel but the dealings with the sellout Deborah Sturman Esq. who also of course has not forgotten her last communication to me in the summer of 2004, right before I broke my 24 year silence with DeBeers when she asked why I was pissed at her colleagues in crime, liar- lawyers Melvyn Weiss and Bill Lerach whose business of course you are only just now beginning to learn about.

Again, all 3 of you are a fish out of water compared to me who learned well my listens from both mom and dad not to “speak to speak”.

Of course when mom invited me and Marie without mentioning Mango to come and live with her in the apartment, “This is your home” she was also letting me know that I was the most deserving, and which of course a reasonable person when given all the facts, would agree.

Do not worry, I will not contest either Alan or mom’s will, because the fate of all the lost souls has long been written.

Everyone who takes one look at Mango and how far more than human are his eyes and mannerisms says, “I want to come back as Mango”. He was as quiet as a mouse as Zulman held both poodles, who are twice the size of so happy and peaceful Mango, for protection throughout this most stressful period for him in particular, and he only told us when we were all leaving after only a 10 minute meeting after mom hadn’t seen her favorite child in more than 14 years, that he was fast dying of bladder and kidney cancer which of course the chemo treatment which is the favorite choice of the money hungry doctors will only speed up.

Again, I just want to know what you know about Alan and mom’s health condition and to find the best possible care for mom which should be left in the hands of someone who genuinely loves her; certainly no co-opted slave maid.

Mom would be the first to tell each of the 3 of you, that her preference would be me and Marie because not only would she get the greatest care, but she would have the time of her life!

But nor do I have a problem knowing that you are all “on notice” for taking care of mom yourselves, but NOT your significant others or other “designated hitters”.

This is a family matter that must be taken care of by family.

Our mother is one of the greatest living persons, if not the greatest, on the planet once our amazing father took his last breath on August 27, 2012. They should rest side by side.

The photo of mom and dad with Pandit Nehru that rest’s on uncle Joe’s antique sideboard says everything about everything.

All the other photos adorning that rather ornate sideboard which we all grew up with, the same with the mahogany entrance hall table that has travelled quite a distance since it’s parts were logged a century or so back, when all added together along with all their stories, don’t come close that 2 week visit with Nehru.

No one living on the planet at the time could boast of such an occasion which is to tell you how 6 decades later its great importance has also never been lost on Zulman, and nor would he have dared to ask mom to remove it from the sideboard.

O did mom show her great sense of humor which was all lost on Zulman as we all squeezed into the elevator as she began in her very quiet manner, “Let him in”, letting Zulman know to be careful with her dogs. But dying Zulman was not so swift, and mom had to take charge, “Give me my dogs, I don’t want them being squooshed by the door, but I don’t care if you do.”

Yes, I have it and more all on video.

Mom wasn’t being mean, she was being her usual self very funny; but Zulman couldn’t take it. Alan is sick.

You have to question his judgement about our mother.

Have you thought what will happen to mom, even though she has a maid?

To reiterate, Zulman is ill-equipped to make decisions for mom, and unless you are taking pills and under the misguided care of medical doctors you know they can be trusted as far as they can be thrown.

Again, take a look at both my and Marie’s bodies, and then blow your minds completely when you consider that Mango also has our healthy vegetarian diet that is far from perfect, thus telling you how much more we know we can improve.

Without knowing that Zulman is deathly ill, I made comment that he has stayed thin, but of course he is as frail as a weak twig.

So have you talked through with mom or Zulman, knowing that he is currently not the best person to be taking care of mom?

You also have to be intellectually honest with yourselves knowing that in supporting Zulman’s refusal for me to see my mother these past 14 years, you have not contributed towards the health and happiness of mom; and she has reason to question your sincerity because in fact mom, despite her best efforts, has never got along well with the 3 of you.

So lets start with you Neil. It is not an accomplishment to have missed the boat when attacking a decoy; namely the Apartheid Regime when falling short like Deborah Sturman in going after DeBeers who you write in THE TYRANNY OF TRUST is an “unproven assertion” that they facilitated the arming of Nazi Germany which was so bizarrely mentioned and having nothing to do with your fiction story other than the cover where it looks like you are trying to ingratiate yourself with DeBeers.

If you weren’t trying to cozy up to DeBeers and its publishers like Simon & Schuster than you showed that you had [read] the irrefutable The Diamond Invention book and were attacking me and Marie, given how we remain alone the only credible people exposing their crimes against humanity.

People like Alan Zulman who you hated from the time you started working for him soon after completing your military service in the Apartheid Regime’s military, because you felt he exploited the slaves in his clothing company, made excuses for their racist behavior that afforded them their king lifestyle.

To be clear, without you missing the transparent boat of DeBeers also responsible for turning back the St. Louis, people like Zulman would be broke, and that would include each and every Jewish as well as non-Jewish captain of industry throughout the world; and the very rich of Israel driving around in their brand new Ferraris no different; to mention little of the most ugly concrete urban jungles spread throughout Israel and the unfathomable electricity monstrosity bordering most beautiful Caesarea, so telling of all that appears to be hopelessly wrong with Israel, but which can all be reversed in the next instant were the people ready to listen to common sense; and that just requires a miracle that I see in the making.

If Zulman didnt have money it would be a very different story and that is one of the reasons he has been keeping me away; and the jealousy.

My mother loves me. It is jealousy that we all see. When I am around, mom pays no attention to him.
Upon entering the apartment for the first time after Zulman answered the intercom and let me in because he was not only caught off guard, but he knew that mom could hear my voice because she was seated in the chair that you see now up on my Facebook wall, Zulman whispered [again], “I just want to warn you that your mother is now in the advanced stages dementia; she doesn’t really know what is going on”.

It is on each of your conscience since he spoke those sick words should anything bad befall mom. Not that Zulman is capable of pushing mom down the stairs because there is an elevator.
A sense of humor is what makes us human, not the size of the brain which has gone up and down since the beginning of time; and it is true the Jewish joke, man makes plans, and God laughs.

Only God is capable of creating such an unimaginable crime, at the same time offering a solution for all 4 of us to come together to give mom the best time of her life which was when she was young and happy, and in the loving arms of her beloved father, granddad Al who knew that only God could be responsible for mom and dad getting together, the match made in heaven.

And yes mom was happy in this photo

with me in her arms, and the 3 of you too young to know what it meant to mom knowing that it took 8 miscarriages after Melvin before I came along.

We were told that this is the first photo ever taken of a dog

next to the most incredible discovery of a dog buried with a woman going back more than 10,000 years that was discovered here in Israel and which we saw at the The Upper Galilee Museum of Prehistory.

We have to always live in the reality of this ugly, overpopulated world which is in stark contrast with the beauty of the mystical world that the religious don’t have a clue about otherwise they would be better people; and there is not one amongst them who is even capable of logical thought, so how can they possibly be good; beginning with why you don’t find a single rabbi questioning the world’s leaders how it could be that the victors of WW II didn’t protect the survivors of the Holocaust by ensuring that no Jewish person ever had to defend the fledgling State of Israel when Ben-Gurion declared Jewish Statehood on May 14, 1948, by letting the Arab armies know that they would be wiped out in the very next instant if they too didn’t make the right moral choice.

But without the wars we wouldn’t know how ugly is the human in his illogical thinking, worse in fact than its enjoyment of the financial profits that come from backing all sides to war where the weapon manufacturers cannot lose.

The medical doctors cannot be stopped from wanting a slice of the pie that mom suffers from dementia, at least not at the very moment, unless of course mom has been doped up.

I don’t have to destroy Zulman, it is all happening on its own accord.

Someone else is taking care of it and since you 3 have decided to be mom’s caregiver even if you haven’t actively solicited such a promotion of your dull and boring lives, you are complicit.

All you need do is read dad’s will from the very beginning, not from the end as he knew you would, and you would know dad too is getting his comeuppance.

It is highly unlikely mom has ever been close to as happy in any of your presence as she was in mine; and yes again, boy was she taken by the beauty of Mango’s eyes but she kept looking at totally beautiful, totally vivacious Marie and thinking to herself what it must feel like to be so well put together, the body parts, perfectly proportional, and those long, straight, perfect shaped legs, the face to die for, and then a look of total togetherness, at the same [time] so comfortable.

But of course Marie knows all too well the history, beginning with her letter to dad [June 7, 2006] and copying all 3 of you who were in fact the target of the “wake up call” for having been so lame in coming to the aid of dad and it wasn’t enough that his birthright was stolen from those you cozy up to, but that Zulman who controlled the purse strings would take away dad’s one independent source of income when going along with Alan Zulman’s theft of my property and the accompanying rental income.

Did you really expect dad to say to you, “How can you be so quiet; do you not remember the asset stripping of Moshal Gevisser?”

The bible talks of a great many despicable acts of the family. The fact that nothing has changed, only makes the Creator of such telling stories, the same with the writings of Plato that much more ingenious beyond words.

How can we let a moment like this go by to make the world begin to think differently?

There has been lots of talk about bad happening when the good people go silent. I have done everything within my power not to let this opportunity to come together, slip by.

My conscience is clear.

No, I never brought up any of the dirty laundry because of course mom would have felt the need to assist now totally defenseless Zulman who doesn’t need to be reminded of his death sentence for his despicable behavior in leading the attack against dad all because of his own insecurity for having been done down by his best friend Abe Dubin who was equally complicit with the entire Durban Jewish community in the blackballing of dad following the theft of that most valuable birthright which for the first time you get a sense of how much dad “left on the table” from his ingenious will of November 7, 2007.

Dad ends on the joyful note of how much fun he had with us as kids, but of course he doesn’t mention why he and mom felt the need to send you Neil to boarding school at age 7. Yes, the State of Israel and its security came before family.

You know the old story of the bullied quickly becoming the bully at the first opportunity.

How weak is Melvin so needy in his seeking bunches of Facebook “friends” and the worst to grovel publicly before the coward J. Essakow, to make up for his poor choice in a disaster wife who mom certainly hasn’t forgotten Melvin’s admonition when mom asked him “point bland” [sic] when he told her that he was going to marry that miserable specimen, “I chose someone who was the complete opposite of you”.

You all know that mom didn’t cry much as she left those moments of despair which she felt when her father died to very important moments; and she wept at Melvin’s gut-wrenching, so disappointing words, and the first person she told was me, because she was closest to me both in build and intellect, and our minds were at one yesterday.

Of course I remain “floating high” from being able to touch and communicate with mom as if no time had passed.

Yes, all these years, Zulman’s egregious actions, have eaten him up alive.

The world has begun to turn in a different direction, following my miracle meeting with mom.

Again who would have thought that I would ever get to see my most beautiful and brilliant mother alive and so very on top of her game, and you know perfectly that just like I was not invited to dad’s funeral I wouldn’t have been invited to this one.

And yes mom and I covered both our deaths sufficiently.

So convenient this dementia diagnosis that of course mom would prefer does not get out because you know how people talk and they will all assume that mom does have dementia.

Nor can anything really be private even if one removes God from the equation.

It is all very public since you have so publicly dissed me, as you cozy up to my enemies when not encouraging those you don’t know to keep at it.

If you want to bring the medical doctors into it, then let’s start with Barry Molk MD, but for him to do the right thing I should be there and it should be videotaped, and if it is different to my videos then of course we will know that mom has been doped up.

You are guilty of murdering not only our mother but the history that she will take to her grave, by not doing the right thing.

Let’s do the right thing.

The magic air of the gods can make one hungry and on the way back to Athens we stopped at a small village to enjoy a baby lamb roasted on a slow spit. Excepting that the head had been previously removed (out of courtesy to me) the lamb was served split down the middle, lunch for two and washed down by a couple of glasses of Retina wine, we ate the lot! What did the Oracle say “Nothing in Excess”? Of course that can also mean Nothing (or) In Excess that is the story of Greece and the Greeks. Go buy yourself a taste of their “Donkey Summer”.

Why “Donkey” summer? The Greeks have a word for everything. Picture that slow plodding much maligned donkey far in the rear, not expected and suddenly he’s there delivering the goods. When the European summer is over, almost gone and forgotten, September slips into October and November and still in Greece the sun is shedding warm rays insisting, like the donkey, that the end of summer can bring the best.

By courtesy of Aristotle Socrates Onassis, 119 South Africans and myself winged our way from Johannesburg to Greece in time to enjoy a few days of “donkey-summer”. The warm November days had nothing to envy of July and August. Blue skies competed with the beauty of the even bluer sea and as my countrymen toured Athens and the ancient sites of the Acropolis and Parthenon, within an hour or our plane touching down, I was on my way to Delphi.

Delphi-that pre-Christian holy citadel of man and home of the young god, Apollo.

To those uninitiated in Greek history and mythology the Oracle of Delphi may have no significance, however, there are few who are not familiar with the wise proverb emanating from pre-historic times; ‘Know Thyself’ ‘Waste Not Time’ ‘Nothing in Excess’. How and when the Oracle was founded is not know, one of the many legends is of a young shepherdess pasturing her goats who had gone into a cave from which vapours were pouring. She was almost overcome by the fumes and suddenly as if inspired by some divine power she uttered the first prophecy, which in time came true. At one time the Oracle was said to be owned by the god, Neptune but, it was Apollo’s arrival that heralded its riches.

Apollo was short of officials for his sacrificial temple at Delphi and one day meditating his problem he saw a fine ship. He quickly turned himself into a dolphin, swam out to the ship and towed it into the Gulf of Corinth, where, with the help of Zephyr (the west wind) he bought it into harbour.

Apollo transformed himself into a handsome young man and informing the men that they would never see their wives and families again he suggested that they join him and learn the ways of the immortals.

My mind was full of all these legends as my companion and I sped along the wide modern roads that lead from Athens to the southern slopes of MountParnassus. Suddenly to the North and East rising almost perpendicularly were the Phaedriade cliffs. I held my breath as the Cadillac in which I was traveling turned hairpin bend after hairpin bend. (I thanked heavens I was not in a bus, but, would have preferred the smallest Fiat!) Passing through the town of Arachova, perched like an eagle’s eyrie, nothing had prepared me for the wild beauty and austere grandeur of the Sanctuary itself.

To greet me were the eagles, Zeus (Jupiter) eagles. Circling as in the past when Zeus set two eagles to fly round the earth, one to the East and one to the West to discover the centre. They met, and to all intents and remained at Delphi.

Befitting the home of the gods, the air was champagne quality. I climbed slowly and reverently towards the remains of the Temple of Apollo and the site of the Oracle. In my mind’s eye I could see the vapours rising from the now extinct cavity. The prophecies of Apollo were pronounced through the mouth of the priestess, who in the beginning was a young virgin. However, young virgins ran out of favour after rumours of an orgie with a young Egyptian and a woman over fifty was found to be more suitable!

There is no question of the Oracle of Delphi’s political, philosophical and religious significance to the then world. Great leaders and statesmen consulted and were influenced by the “phophecies” [sic]. Bringing gifts, they first had to bathe in the Castilian Springs below the temple site, before presenting their problem. Here is another name from the wealth of legend and myth.

Castalia was a beautiful young girl from Delphi with whom Apollo fell madly in love. She, being a virgin and knowing he was a god, frantically ran from him and climbed the sheer rock of the Pheadriade Cliffs. Seeing she could not escape him, she threw herself off the cliff and fell dead near the spring which was then named after her.

Standing where the waters flowed I looked up at the menacing Pheadriade rocks and suddenly remembered the friend of my childhood, Aesop and his fables.

For Aesop’s fate was that of many believed to be sacrilegious and he was thrown off the cliffs down to the ground where I was now standing.

Many believe Delphi to be the precursors of such institutions as the United Nations Organizations and certainly some of the prophesies were just as ambiguous as the present day pronouncement: for instance when a king asked about a certain battle he wished to fight, came the answer, “If you cross water a kingdom will be lost”. The king thinking this meant his success attacked another country – he was then defeated, but the Oracle of Delphi had not been wrong! Or how about when asked if a child about to be born would be a boy or a girl, the priestess chewed her laurel leaves, went into a frenzy from the vapours and pronounced “Boy No Girl”, which if it were a boy had meant Boy-No Girl and if it had been a girl meant Boy No-Girl!

Thus were the early priests of the Temple of Apollo surely amongst the world’s greatest psychologists.

Little remains intact of the Sanctuary, but, in spite of the sacking of hundreds of statutes and works of art, by the Romans the museum is full of exciting archaeological finds, in particular the Charioteer, which is the finest bronze antiquity seen by modern man.

Hi Kerry…hope you and Mom are well. Need your assistance. I will be very brief. Neil is in Israel. Alan is in hospital and in a bad way. For the past 20+ months since Mom’s memory has been going..she is still very much in the here and now and has feelings, he has treated her like a non person and has taken control of all their assets. He wants her to remain in Israel on his death and us kids want her back in her house…will need to get it re carpeted and painted, with her dogs. Then again things today look a whole lot like the Roman X?

Bear in mind how much “good” I could have done with such “monetary gains” had I decided to “blacken my hands” to mention little of the how back in early 2002 I was as “certain” as any human being could be that on January 3^rd 2002 the share price of Vivendi and its 63% owned subsidiary, Vivendi Environmental, would also experience a similar $63 odd billion market value collapse, V and VE taking however, 4 times as long to reach “rock bottom” and no one would have even dreamed of accusing me of “insider trading” had I in fact “capitalized” on my own “work product”.

In the end I am as certain as there is G-D watching each and every one of our moves and failed moves to do the right thing and the smart thing which is the right thing that the “dividends” I will eventually reap for “holding back” will “advance” my “credibility” with those who “count” in time with far more meaningful measurement tools than our current monetary system that were it not for our great President, the most honorable George W. Bush would have collapsed by now without our military in position to quell those such as my DAAC family whose business model is to ferment unrest amongst grass roots organizations who remain the backbone of support of GWB and his most competent administration.

The vast majority of my wealth today is in art that I first began collecting in the mid 1980s following the advice of my Royal Mater who knew I didn’t have the resources at the time to afford the masters that provide for a rather low return on investment compared to finding the very few skilled local artists in different regions of the world whose works have yet to be fully appreciated given how so extraordinarily few art critiques in the world know the very first thing about art despite spending years at university studying stuff like the History of Art.

So very few willing to invest the time in seeking the knowledge to appreciate the works of so very few like Sebastian Capella who have invested a lifetime in studying and teaching to mention little of the infinitesimal amount of people who could come close to being able to paint as well as his less than a handful of top students who in turn when not having sex with the greatest studs on this planet or at least dreaming about such a possibility imagine one day waking up being able to execute all the rather intricate information that Sebastian Capella is able to download in the most straightforward English.

Also bear in mind that while English is Sebastian’s 3^rd language, like each of us mathematics-geometry is his first, by knowing his subject matter so well which when combined with his extraordinary command of Spanish less ripped apart like English is so entertaining to his students, again the best of whom not only consider him godly but are motivated to return time and again to his classes just on the off chance that one day they will wake up in the morning ready to challenge anyone who dares to usurp their limited authority.

And of course Jeffrey I wouldn’t be dumb enough to get into a phone conversation with the likes of you allowing you to do no more at this point than toy with yourself.

It all comes down to “He says-She says” something those more in tune with the heartbeat of the universe will put up with for not much longer.

You will notice more and more over the next several days how the conversations you have not only with those remaining in your inner circle gets more and more superficial but how boring it eventually gets talking to oneself in an effort convince oneself that you will not be returning as a dog hoping you find an owner like me and my wife Marie who will let you snuggle up close every so often so long as you don’t make it a habit of licking your wee-wee enjoying just in the morning to sleep between her most amazing athletic legs but of course above the out of this world soft sheets and the comforter.

I recently spent some time with Raymond Oshry who tells me that he saw you

in London and spent time with you.  Given what he told me I thought I would

try and communicate with you by email in the first instance and ask for your

phone number so that we can perhaps talk.

As you know there are a number of ex South Africans living here in Sydney

including Irvin Strouss and Ivan Oshry – I had learned indirectly from them

(and directly from some of our other mutual friends in the USA) some time

ago that you have become somewhat disturbed and that you spend many hours

ranting and raving by email covering a range of topics and being quite

insulting to many many people.  I was also warned off against communicating

with you in that you have earned yourself a reputation for turning on people

for reasons only known to yourself, that you copy/pass on everything that is

communicated to you, and that you even go so far as to cut and paste or make

changes to emails sent to you before you send them on to a wide number of

people who are on your email lists.

To be honest I didnt know what to make of what people were saying until I

had the misfortune to read some of it myself, and I must admit it did take a

little while to start to somewhat understand things because notwithstanding

the vast majority of strange conspiracy type stuff you write about and about

which I have little knowledge, there were some things about Durban you wrote

of which made a bit of sense and contained elements of what might be

credible or believable at first blush, but not after a few more sentances.

Ive now also seen for myself what others talked about and how many people

spent fruitless hours trying to extricate themselves from your email webs.

The reason I have decided to try and make contact is that Raymond Oshry told

me that you appeared sane and capable of understanding things

notwithstanding that in any conversation you couldnt really contain yourself

and did eventually return to your various theories about how almost everyone

youve come into contact with or read about is somehow a crook.

I’m not sure whether you are going to act true to form on this one, or which

Gary I will find myself communicating with, the one I grew up with and

admired and respected, or the one who is choosing to take pot shots in all

directions.  To be honest I dont care that you demonstrate in writing to the

whole world that you have absolutely no respect for your parents and family

(near or related), that you are so very possessed and absorbed in rubbishing

everything about your home town Durban that allowed you to achieve the

greatness that you no doubt revel in today, that in seeking to destroy other

peoples names and reputations you demonstrate that you have little regard

for your own – that your writings appear to suggest and provide living proof

of a perverted sick mind, but I do very much care that in all your various

diatribes, you referred to me in any manner.

I can see that others have threatened you in trying to persuade you to

desist from your path and that has clearly not worked so no point trying

that.  You obviously really do believe that playing tricks with words and

developing threads and nuances and puns somehow makes you smarter than

others and something more than the simply average student that the Durban

Jewish day schooling system produced.  Do you really believe that your

capacity to understand everything is so much greater than everyone elses –

you,like me and many others, were and are still average in many many ways,

and as much as you now try to disconnect from your past, cannot do so and

are trapped by that fact – yes you grew up in Durban, you benefitted from

apartheid just like everyone else, and only became so religiously zealous

once you were safely far away from South Africa.  If you were a real hero

you would have used your mightly pen there and then not here and now like a

miserable coward.

What I will do is  ask you very nicely to go and do some editing in your

system and remove all references to me.  Why on earth would you say such

terrible things about someone that you went through all your schooling with,

who you had stay with you in your apartment in 1981 in San Diego, whose wife

you were good friends with too, who protected you from the shopkeeper who

wanted to have you arrested those years ago in Bloemfontein on a school tour

for throwing dangerous fireworks into his home, who used to go to bat for

you when your mouth got you into trouble with the bigger boys, and I could

go on and on.

Gary the rubbish you have written about me and university is just that –

rubbish and more rubbish but obviously you believe you can say and write

what ever fiction you like about anyone as your track record demonstrates.

You have a chance to prove that you are not a completely sick mind by

I am a client service partner in the audit division in financial services.
I have 2 major clients where I spend most of my time and then two others
where I spend a bit less.  The major ones are AMP (which is the largest
local financial services company in AUssie) and which you may not have
heard of , and ING which Im sure you have heard of.  In addition I do some
work for Westfields which you may recognise in the USA context as theyve
been buying shopping malls all over the USA.  The last client I work with

services role which is where Im am at.  We are busy integrating Andersons
here in Aussie and trying to deal with all the negative sentiment against
auditors, audit failures etc.  Its easy to feel that we do not get paid
enough for this shit but there are many who would argue that we get paid
too much I guess.

Weve been building a house for around 9 months and hope it will be ready in
around 2 months time.  it is exactly nex t door to the previous house we
owned but in a better position as its on the cliffs of Dover Heights
looking out to the Pacific.  Are you ever going to get on a plane and come
visit in AUstralia? You would trully love the place given your love of
water, outdoors etc.  You should make  the trip one day if you have the
time and inclination.

The kids are growing up fast Talia is writing matric in 2 months and Orin
is 14 and getting ready to go to a bush school camp for 6 months.  It is
compulsory at his school and they reckon it makes men of the boys, lots of
outdoor actifvities, abseiling, hiking, canoing,riding etc plus schooling
etc all designed to teach independence, confidence, teamwork, and
individuality.  In addition they guarantee the boyswill keep their room
clean for a year afterwards so if that is true then it will be money well
spent.

I dont know whether you keep up with rugby at all or get to see any, but I
go whenever I can anc have seen most of the big games played in Suydney
over the last 10 years.  I am a split voter as I love the wallabies but am
still a springbok supporter!

What else can I tell you – oh yes Ive had my mid life crisis and have
bought a sports car after so many years with a sedan.  I still remember in
San Diego going in your fiat sports in winter freezing cold with the roof
down and the heater on!!  ANyway Ive bought a 3litre BMWZ3 – I think its
called the shark in the USA?  ANyway its great fun to drive and goes like a
rocket.

Fran, now you understand how wrong it is for a parent or grandparent to give their children and grandchildren any advice about morals because as you should agree the Pope does not sit on the high moral ground.

If you are so saintly and righteous then you would expect to be rewarded with intelligence to figure out ahead of having children how the money system works that has the rich getting richer and the poor poorer.

Those empowered with all that knowledge feel at a competitive advantage over the others, unless they are constantly hard at work just trying to do the right thing, which a great many people are.

Not all of these folks have Facebook accounts, and even those that do only do so because they have pressure from family and friends because of how easy it is to set up a FB account. These who are pressurized are so infinitesimally small in number they are still not worth mentioning by name because they probably account for less than 2 handfuls of the world’s literate people.

So we should focus on the greedy feeling at a competitive knowledge advantage because you use knowledge, not for enlightenment but for getting what you want out of the next person, and only sharing the knowledge if you feel that it will lead to a better lifestyle than keeping the competitor in the dark.

Those of you feeling at a competitive disadvantage should be questioning why you would be left out with most of those copied being randomly picked?

You might be thinking other things, like simple discomfort towards those who have the knowledge, choosing not to share it with you. So you answer your own question if you would do any differently than the greedy, and only sharing the knowledge if you thought it was in your financial interest to do so.

Bear in mind, assuming you have you one group of basic needs met, shelter, food, water and clothing, and you are finally bored to death with TV and radio and also realizing that the musicians are just as bought and stupid as the Hollywood politicians, and therefore your only remaining craving is to have sex with a prostitute; the more money you have then the greater your choice. The more interesting conversation you can have with someone who you would prefer not to pay to have sex with, the happier you feel about yourself; but ultimately since you know that you cannot have that honest conversation with that person you most desire, your choice comes down to paying a prostitute and avoiding the head trip of discussing something that you nor your sex partner want to discuss.

We can all also agree that when paying a prostitute for sex you can kindly ask them not to talk and they will be undoubtedly obliging and if not you will find someone else without having to argue.

Just ask your significant other what they think; and if you don’t [have a significant other] then simply ask your most trusted family member.

In due course I will be responding to the interesting response I got from my FB friend, British architect Malcolm Ness who began his 587 odd word communique with this 28 word sentence:

Of course you can discuss this with your most trusted friend and/or family member if for nothing else than to see where you stand with them, even if it is nothing more than to see if your and their logic is on the same page.

You do know that when you are in the company of anyone and you notice a discord in their logic or they pick up that you are not as smart as you think you are, there is this unbeatable gap which exists and if you allow it to persist it will drive you insane and before you know it, you are in the same company of stupid people all of you getting on each other’s nerves, and it isn’t long before the tempers flare.

Bear in mind that my communique began:

Once I fired all the top executives responsible for creating this insane and unsustainable situation which was not of course their only poor decision making, and hence why I started with the top and fired the President who had hired me, although of course I did not have the final say, but I simply let the founder and majority shareholder of the company decide whether he wanted me running the show or whether he was prepared to go down with the sinking ship, I then sat down with Jim who a few years later came down with the most horrible stomach cancer and was not so soon dead.

I simply said to Jim Graves which was his real name:

I do not take as personally as everyone else depending on the software operating at optimum performance where every delay has a compounding impact on the 3,000 deadlines that have to be met annually, and that as you know means not only a slowdown in the cashflow but less of it because our customers get pissed off, all of which you perfectly understand because I would do the exact same, if I didn’t know my other options or was not capable of seeing the virtue of always doing the right thing which you will never get to [see] the benefits, unless you consistently do the right thing and that first of all begins with feeding your body as healthy as possible and not salt wheat crackers because they are cheap and easily available from the local shop.

I did not say, “I guess not, because I noticed that Jim was developing quite the belly on his otherwise lean and tall frame. So I continued:

You have seen the likes of Simon & Schuster coming around to “kick the tires” and like you they notice that I drive the top of the line Porsche convertible, and the owner drives the top of the line Rolls Royce and his wife, the southern Bell drives the top of the line Bentley.

Competing against Simon & Schuster are the likes of Hearst Corporation who own ABC publishing and a whole bunch of TV stations. As you know I have access as do you to all the backup tapes that you do on a regular basis. The downtime for the IT department of these behemoths getting us back up to speed would be less than the time it has taken me to give you this speech.

I never shared that important conversation with anyone because I considered our full time staff that numbered only about 100 professionals and countless other subcontractors also known in the publishing world as “stringers” because I valued their time and that piece of information would not have contributed to optimizing their performance.

Everyone simply saw the results and it also impressed our potential acquirers that I wanted to know everything there was to know about their IT department and in that process of doing my due diligence I would filter in the question I had of what it would take for there to be a seamless transition, because as you know in the publishing world the up to the minute news cannot be missed.

During the past 26 years I have not lived in ancient caves in the Dordogne region of southwest France but I have seen a couple of times the replica of The Lascaux Caves, and the second time it looked identical to the first.

There is a lot of talk about computers able to teach themselves Artificial Intelligence, and if we have got to the point that a computer server, before it is activated to receive an email can figure out ahead of time that it will not be able to recognize some of the email addresses in the carbon copy section, then still I would not see it as a better business model than the one I will be suggesting to Mr. Zuckerberg to take Facebook to the next level where it will be impossible for an upstart to compete.

But for all of you computer junkies, including those of you who I used to work with back in the 1980s,

what do you think of Malcolm Ness’ ingenious computer server?

Should it turn out that Malcolm Ness has discovered a way to confuse himself while avoiding hitting the “reply all” button, then it would make sense that all reasonable persons would join me in not being able to make head or tail of what else Malcolm had to say, other than possibly the burning of the weed that his one neighbor across the road from him has mixed in with the plastic this neighbor also burns creating a toxin that would necessitate a government-university grant that would give work to university graduates. That is the only positive that I can see.

Still there remains the problem of no opposition to the nuclear weapons development industry who have no interest in finding safe ways to dispose of nuclear radiation waste because once that is solved then the people might actually be so bored with their lives that they will look into why it is that people are not interested into looking at why the government-The Bank-nuclear weapons development manufacturers have consciously chosen to wipe out all their opposition groups and replace them with puppets such as Green Peace, Doctors Without Borders, lawyers, medical doctors and the such.

Have you looked up “advanced dementia…. complete dementia”?

Does it say anywhere that even a smart person can fake “advanced dementia”?

You say that mom only fooled you in the beginning but you have longed figured out that she has “no memory” and therefore mom is not capable of faking “advanced dementia”.

What if you weren’t wrong, that mom was able to fake her “advanced dementia” only when she was in my company?

What if it was convenient for you to go along with the misdiagnosis of “advanced dementia” because it would allow you to get at the money that much quicker and get back at mom for none of you being her favorite?

To have a lawyer as a guardian when the mother has 3 able-bodied children to take care of her, is no less bizarre.

To not involve either the mother or her favorite child who has said he is willing to move to Israel and take care of his mother who is the greatest mother and has truly worked very hard for what she has and asks of no one to pitch in for her because she has more than enough for the best healthcare in the world, is sick almost beyond comprehension.

To top it off you avoid like the plague nothing short of movies that spell out clearly what our mother wants, at the same time she shows that her memory on the important subjects such as where she would like to travel in the future, as well as where she wouldn’t like to visit, is more perfect than your minds that have to be turning in circles.

Nor would any of you have been aware because you live in your own little selfish bubbles of how appreciative mom was of me purchasing a “safe house” just a 40 minute drive from her home in Wiveliscombe, in December 2001, the start of our 15 year separation, and the very day the “blowup” occurred between, not Alan Zulman and myself, but the much more devastating quiet between mom and Zulman following Zulman realizing how little he knew about our mother and her good, and most trusted friend, Muslim Indian, Fatima Meer whose very anti-Israel speeches would not be the way to judge her; instead to look to the people who were selling books and writing poetry who never once exposed the money people behind the Apartheid Regime. Neil Gevisser being one of them.

Yes, mom was very quiet but she never risked like all liars losing her mind from the impossible task of keeping track of their lies, because mom never told secrets.

Nor did mom ever introduce the three of you to any of her most trusted worldly connections; and the most important of course was our “lucky uncle” David Gevisser who you all 3 know never thought much of any of you; and he liked me a whole lot until I got all the information I needed out of him before telling him to go stuff himself; and of course I was not all that polite because David Gevisser didn’t have an answer as to how he would be able to compensate dad for all the years that his first cousin David led the blackballing of dad.

Mom did however perfectly understand that once I began to speak out on 11.11.2004, against David Gevisser and the rest of the very small circle of “money people” as well as naming names and starting with the biggest name, De Beers-Oppenheimer, her and my enemies would gravitate around her thinking they would find my weaknesses, but all they revealed to mom were their weak characters.

There is a reason why liar-lawyer Weisel would have lied in the same sworn statement that I have a criminal conviction in the United States, and that in order for me to avoid prison time, I agreed to be placed in a mental hospital. You have no grounds for leading Weisel to believe that I have a criminal conviction because I have no criminal conviction in the United States or for that matter anywhere else in the world. Therefore I have never been faced with such a choice. That is beyond sick.

He has held this very responsible job for a lifetime despite being autistic. He knows the difference between Australian and American Dollars. So what were you talking, American or Australian?

You didn’t just tell Alan Zulman that you planned to sell his only son’s home, but witnessing your speech to sell Lance’s home was Alan Zulman’s sister, Roz Norris and her husband Jonny Norris who also witnessed your “godsend” caregiver from the Philippines lying to Deborah Sturman Esq. that she, the anything but “godsend”, had hung up her cell phone with you; which had Deborah Sturman rightfully and quickly grabbing the phone and disconnecting the call all the while you were giving Deborah Sturman Esq. a mouthful that you had the right to listen in to private conversations that were none of your business.

I wonder if Hillary Clinton would be interested in playing you in the epic movie drama?

Your intention to sell handicapped Lance Zulman’s small home in Israel was not because mom needed the money, but you were at war with Deborah Sturman Esq. who replaced you as executor of Alan Zulman’s estate which Zulman did right before he died which is the greatest move Zulman may have done in his entire life, as it spotlighted you, Neil and Melvin more so than God descending upon the earth and striking you dead with lightening and the whole world watching.

You didn’t stop there. After getting my mother a guardian against our mother’s clear and express wishes which you heard in my and mom’s previous taped phone conversations leading up to our trip to Israel, you had Lance Zulman doing the job of your guardian of our mother.

Dereliction of duty as a guardian of an elderly individual is a serious crime with very serious consequences. Where the intention is malicious, to cause added stress and duress on the elderly individual who can afford the best in every category, is as heinous as it gets.

All you disgusting people will stop at nothing because that is what happens when you start playing God.

Remember all you are doing is playing not with God’s IN GOD WE TRUST MONEY but the money of the banks who financed Hitler and who didn’t stop once they escaped prosecution at Nuremberg.

Kerry of course knew mom’s home was empty, but she couldn’t figure out why Neil felt the need to reinforce that with a house not being lived in, it would be more susceptible to break ins.

He was a violent drunk and his children including Fran ended up in orphanages and foster homes which were almost as disastrous as the government projects on Long Island New York where Fran and her siblings ended up once their father didn’t spend everything he made on booze. Jack Baker was of course quite the total opposite of his elder brother Al. Jack hid the fact that he was Jewish from his children and had them raised Catholic. Fran only found out when she was 16 that her father was Jewish as he also hid a Jewish prayer book behind his bed; and she knew better than to confront her father. Quite amazing that Fran didn’t end up anti-Semitic. No surprise that she married a drunk and stayed with him for 36 years because she didn’t know any better. Then she found a Jewish man, who is 10 years her senior and they have been together for 10 years. To top it off Fran does volunteer work at a Jewish old age home on Long Island. Hats off to Fran Baker Poeggel who mom “blew off” when Fran tried to approach her 30 years ago; and mom did so for all the right reasons.

You never know what your own children raised right are going to end up and the chances of someone raised by a violent drunk having any sensitivities would require nothing short of an Act of God.

You wrote on September 9 that your husband David Danziger visited with mom for one night the previous week on his way to Poland, and he concluded in his infinite wisdom that mom was healthy.

Let’s just look quickly at what you wrote, “she is in good health physically, but, has all the signs now of complete Dementia…..very sad.”

I know that David does not have medical qualifications and nor does he appear to me to be all that well in the head because his body health doesn’t look all that great, at least compared to me, my beautiful F-C wife Marie Dion and Mango who has the exact same healthy vegetarian diet as the two of us.

We have someone who looks to me older than mom, no vibrancy whatsoever, also making the medical diagnosis, based on his observations that mom “has all the signs of now complete Dementia”. That means mom most probably didn’t show that she recognized your husband.

Did your husband David do a physical examination of mom?

Did he have her stand up and touch her toes?

What did he do with mom having the total blank look which is what “complete Dementia” is all about?

Does David have a girlfriend on the side?

Do you and David talk before you write your total nonsense?

Did Weisel send you a draft of the fabricated complaint against me in order to get the Restraining Order delivered to mom’s apartment at 01:30 Tuesday, September 27?

Did you show it to your lawyer daughter as well as your husband David?

What sort of sick, perverted human beings would go so far as to sign an affidavit that my mother was at risk with me being in her apartment?

It would not take mom going from being so lucid to what you describe as “advanced demential…no memory…. complete dementia”. That would take murder.

A corrupt medical doctor and a corrupt judge might still agree with [my] findings but rule in your favor. It wouldn’t be the first time.

We are only talking about the possibility that I find just one honest judge who just has to be a little smarter than you. In the meantime I will go to the court of public opinion.

You may have a hard time figuring this out but when you know as much as I do about the systemic rot of human society, you are better off being alone and only having God-logic-truth at your side, and therefore no need for another human providing any comfort because their talk disturbs the peace.

The fact that I have backing me up the smartest, the most beautiful woman with a mind that you cannot possibly even begin to imagine and her body and face compared to the rest of you has you thinking of yourselves as nothing better than dried out lizards, of course adds to the resentment which is also not lost on mom.

So, if there is any noticeable impairment of mom’s mental faculties which would be disastrously impaired if she is no longer able to walk because she wasn’t doing enough exercise when we were there, you are going to be accountable.

Do not think for a moment that you or anyone else not outraged by your behavior is capable for a moment of believing that a Higher Force exists, but once you don’t have that amazing force behind you 24/7 then you are faced with the insurmountable difficulty of having to apply logic in keeping your friends without them sticking it to you in the back.

You know all about “back biting” because that is your speciality.

Now I want you to dig deep without thinking of lashing out at me.

Someone had to put you up to this most evil behavior.

You are not ever going to find peace later in life should you meet up with our Maker unless you put your ego aside and apologize to me.

Failing that, we are permanently at war.

Again, 24 hours is all you have, and then I go very public.

Kathy – I’m not a medical doctor, but my conversations with mom show more lucidity it seems.

Today was no exception. When I called at 06:07 calif. time, mom answered the phone, recognized my voice instantly, told me who I was, and was overjoyed.

Mary-Lou was not around for the more than 7 minutes we spoke, and mom called out a couple of times including at the end when I asked to speak with Mary-Lou.

I taped the call as I have all my conversations with mom since visiting with her on Jan. 13.

Moreover, mom always responds incredibly positive, other than when she was being disrespected, and the most upsetting for her took place on Aug. 1st, which I believe then had those listening to the conversation disconnecting the phone. Given the stress that I knew mom experienced, and it is clearly audible, I called back the following day 6 times and the phone simply rang. I kept calling every day and no answer.

If it was just a coincidence and that Lance didn’t pay the bill which I don’t know why he would have been the one entrusted when Alan was still alive, that would explain it. Nor was there a disconnect notice that is automatic which only is very recent, last few days in fact.

I will use my common sense in my conversations with mom.

Let me know if you would like to hear the recording of my conversation with mom today.

I’m planning my trip right now and I will be staying in mom’s apartment.

There was a car that Alan and mom were using back on Jan. 13, and maybe that belonged to the caregiver? Whatever, happened to her? We won’t need a car since I have friends who will take us around if necessary.

We’re planning 3 to 4 weeks, maybe longer.

Gary,

She does always sounds happy, but, I know deep down inside she is very sad as she now can’t remember anything. She can’t remember where she is, sometimes can’t remember where the toilet is, where her bedroom is, who Mary Lou is, what she ate, where she went in the day…she just can’t remember! She can sometimes fool us, but, it takes so much energy for her to maintain a conversation. Best never to ask her questions and memorises to say ‘brilliant…never been happier’ when you ask how she is. She knows to say ‘I wish you were here’ and ‘ if you come I won’t want you to go’ as examples. Her intelligence has kept her illness hidden for a long time, however, 4-5 years ago I noticed a change in her.

I do not know who will visit this month, if anyone. Neil was there for 10 days 2 weeks ago to give Mary Lou time off, Melvin was there for 4 days in August and I was there for 12 days at the end of June.

The past 8 months have been traumatic for Mom with numerous carers in her home and all medical staff tending to Alan and Alan being so very very ill. She needs peace and quiet and to have her routine which includes her twice daily walks outside with her dogs, her meals and TV. Mary Lou also experienced animosity towards her by Alan’s ‘team’ and that she stayed, when anyone else would have walked out, shows what an incredible person she is and her total devotion to Mom. She was treated very badly and yet loved Alan and looked after both him and Mom 24/7 for 5 months until I demanded that he gets his own carer, which he eventually got mid – June 2016. So she also is enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the home.

If you want to visit Mom that’s ok as long as you come just to be with Mom and with no plans to engage with anyone else over the Wills etc. To ensure that  Mom’s home is as is it now, tranquil. She deserves it after all she has been through.

Thank god she always sounds happy, but, she gets upset when she can’t remember faces and the past as well as what she just ate, where she had just been and even who Mary Lou is for example. Because of what she feels, it is always best to keep conversations short without any questions. She has tried to hide her Dementia for years and did succeed somewhat by repeating what one has said and her keeping the contact very short. This might put things in perspective…the last time I was there in late June, Mom had a fall 2-3 days before I came. I took her to Orthopedic Emergency and we had to see a Dr, then go for X-rays, then another Dr etc and we were there for 4 hours and every 10 minutes she asked me why we were there…she could not recall anything. However, when the surgeon was looking at her X-rays and saw that she had a bad fracture and said that she needs to go to hospital overnight to get it properly fixed….she told him that he had to do it and do it there and then and that she was not leaving. She told him that she did not need a 20 year old wrist and that it did not need to be 100%. He did it. See picture. So in the here and now she can sound OK and she does have her feelings in tact and her hearing.

No one that I know is visiting her this month. Mom and Mary Lou have had an awful 8 months with Alan’s sickness and the flat filled with carers and medical staff for Alan. Mom needs a quiet environment, routine and her TV. She goes out with the dogs for a walk twice a day and spends the rest of the day on the couch watching TV…loves sport. So if you visit you need to let Mom maintain her routine and assist Mary Lou and to let her be.

The land line is not working. You can call on Alan’s cell phone 0549143528. Keep conversations with mom as brief as possible and try not to ask her questions…she can’t remember and it upsets her and she will want to end the call.

We would all like mom to go back to her cottage. It will need to be re carpeted, repainted, dampness dealt with throughout and the floor replaced in the kitchen. This is what we currently know from Alan….there could be much more. I have investigated full time care for Mom in the UK and feel that Mary Lou would be difficult to replace. She looks after Mom incredibly well …with her Dementia and other physical issues…and Mom loves her. I have a lawyer working on her papers and has lodged them and once she is registered to work in Israel( her previous employer died and after 8 years they have to leave Israel and became illegal) to be her carer she can then apply for a work permit for the UK as Mom’s carer in the UK….because she is currently her carer. No idea how long the process is…lodged the papers about 3-4 months ago.

This will be brief and to the point. You have been fed information that is totally incorrect and you are being used to shoot the bullets. These are the facts:-

• Alan was diagnosed with Cancer Nov 2014 when Debra and I happened to be visiting Israel. It was also very apparent to me that Mom had Dementia and Alan himself was very aware of this.
• Mid December 2014 he took himself and Mom to a Lawyer to get new Wills. I only knew the contents of the new Wills in Feb 2016 when Alan told me what was in them. I was shocked as I knew the contents of Mom’s previous Wills. I asked him to leave you money he owed you as well and Mom’s grandchildren and his grandchildren, 2 of whom he had never met. He refused. In April 2016 he was at Eli Symons office and he called me from there and told me exactly what was in his Will and at that time he said he had appointed Eli as Executor of his Estate and to get instruction from me, however, I was never ever to give you anything. He also told me that all his and Mom’s money was being held in accounts in Deborah Sturman’s name and no mention of this money was in either of their Wills. Eli Symon prepared a document for Deborah Sturman to sign acknowledging she was  holding their money. She never signed it.
• In June 2016 Eli Symon again spoke to Alan and told him that he needed to get all their money being held by Deborah Sturman into a Trust Account that Alan had made Ayala Weizel open weeks before, to ensure that Mom would be well cared for. Alan was unable to write at that stage and Eli Symon instructed Ayala W to write that Deborah Sturman is to deposit approximately 10,000 pounds a month into the Trust account. She did it once and refused to do it again….I am not sure why.
• In July 2016 a week or 2 before Alan’s passing, Deborah Sturman got Alan and Mom’s Doctor, Dr. Guggenheim, to come to the apartment to sign an Affidavit that Alan was of sound body and mind, with Ros and Jonny present and everything being filmed…even got Mom to come in and kiss Alan, and Deborah became the beneficiary of his new Will. It appears that everything was staged in case his state of mind might be challenged.

Some Facts

• Alan was diagnosed November 2014, Ros only came January 2016, Deborah only came June 2016. Deborah did not even come for his funeral. Melvin came immediately for 3 days to be with Mom during this time.  I was there 7 times in the 18 months since he was diagnosed  helping him and Mom. I was the one who got Mary Lou, I was the one who was able to get Alan’s carer, Jun, to stay on when his other one left after 3 days and Jun was threatening to leave after 4 days. I was not to get one single cent from either of their Wills. I had nothing to gain and since May 2016 all I was trying to do was to ensure that Mom and Alan’s money was available to Mom for anything and everything she would need to take care of her as no mention of their money being held by Deborah Sturman was in the Will. Maybe something you do not know. Alan was Executor of Les Shagam’s Estate. He had an apartment which was sold and bought by Deborah Sturman for approx. 320,000 pounds and Alan said the money was sent to a ‘friend’ of Les’s in France. This apartment was then sold by Deborah last year for 700,000 pounds having had tennants paying rent all these years. Alan told me that Deborah had invested their money well. Alan had asked David to do what Deborah did and David refused.
• Please understand that Neil, Melvin and I have always been there for Alan and really the only family he had. Both of them were devastated when I told them about Mom and Alan’s  new Wills. Neil and Melvin were to benefit substantially from Mom’s Will of 2009. In Feb 2016 Alan befriended a woman, whom he paid hourly…she took total control of him and fed him lies. He became so suspicious of us which was ridiculous. This woman hated Mom, did not understand Dementia and would torment her. Alan knew this and tried to stop her coming to the apartment, but, he was torn as he needed her to navigate the medical system. She was pure evil, manipulated him and controlled him. I eventually was able to stop her coming to apartment in June 2016 by getting Social Workers involved and she was removed from being Alan’s carer. Alan however continued to see her out of the apartment and she continued to tell him lies about us. Alan’s carer was always with him when he went out with this woman, and from the information I was given while she was out with Alan, validated everything I suspected she was doing.
• Melvin, Neil and I just want Mom to be at peace and well cared for. Her condition has deteriorated and although you think she knows what is going on , she is smart enough to fool you. She has no memory ,however, in the moment she could make you think she is OK. David went to see Mom en route from South Africa to Poland for 1 night last week and she is in good health physically, but, has all the signs now of complete Dementia…..very sad.
• The phone is again not working and Mary Lou will get someone in to fix it after Shabbat. The internet and TV are not working as the accounts have not been paid! Lance did not pay the accounts as he was waiting for a new credit card. I deal with the day to day running of the home and work very closely with Mary Lou to ensure Mom has the best care. Mary Lou is a godsend.

Connect the phone in the Netanya apartment and do as mom wished, beginning with having her speak with me.

The past is not as important as the future which we can all change.

Mom’s wishes for the future are very clear in terms of where she wants to be after Alan Zulman died on Aug. 6, and which you all ignore on your very talkative Facebook walls; as well as who she wants to be most near to; and it is not the 3 of you or your spouses or for that matter Melvin’s disaster ex.

That does not mean the past is unimportant.

Within hours when following up with lawyers in Israel while keeping the British authorities informed every step of the way, I will be going back to events in Lake Tahoe Nevada that so disappointed our mother, and Kathy’s giggling in the courtroom of such serious charges against Neil which were not fabricated, but certainly they were open to interpretation, did not go unnoticed by our mother Zena because she too read what the newspapers reported.

Qualification to be our mother’s guardian is also a subjective test even if eventually manslaughter charges are brought against the 3 of you given how very lucid, and most controlled was our mother when speaking last with me on August 1, right before the phone was disconnected.

Her previous “pronouncements” were no less lucid as well as being extraordinarily revealing of her intellect.

The fact that none of you have ever once tapped into our mother’s most joyful mind has also never been lost on her.

You also know why it is that there are few to none intimate photos of any of you alone with our mother as there are plenty with me from the moment I was born,

until I began with permission from mom to ever so gently begin tarnishing the self image of Alan Zulman as the savior of Israel, because it was not helping Israel; on the contrary, it was only serving to spread at an alarming rate antisemitism throughout the world.

The 3 of you were very late in jumping on to my bandwagon, and nor did you express to me or anyone of note your sudden hatred of Zulman as you of course missed the boat entirely since he, on his death bed, was in no position, to change his prior actions or anything of the past.

The 3 of you had Zulman totally befuddled, which you knew, but that didn’t prevent the 3 of you from crapping all over him as he embarrassingly lost control of his cancerous bowls and the cancer spreading to more than his kidneys.

You enjoyed the torture as it helped you to forget the past as you had increasingly cozied up to him to grab his and mom’s estate and to enjoy the wealth before you ended up in horrific pain like Zulman who had little to show in the end for his 8+ decades on this magnificent planet that only provides a glimpse of the spectacular universe that only boggles the mind of us humans.

What unbelievable punishment to have the 3 of you in his midst as the clock slowly ticked down.

He had to be asking himself if it was all worth it and what he could do to make amends and I believe his wishes were granted.

I will in time visit his grave and pass my respects.

When you go into denial you lose your spirituality that I agree does not pay the bills at least not directly.

There is a connection between spirituality and common sense even if your mind misses it.

You also know that as of Aug. 1 mom would have continued to agree that a mind is a terrible thing to lose, even worse than losing all your Facebook friends who you know most are following along very closely, including The Coupon Clipper is Jack The Ripper Jeffrey Essakow whose FB has also yet to announce the passing of his mother’s close cousin, Alan Zulman who has now been dead 1 month and 2 days, and I still haven’t heard back from his estate lawyer South African-Israeli Eli Symon who is obviously in cahoots with Kathy’s “South African-Israeli” [sic] sick lawyer Ayala Wiesil who is also quiet and both thinking that the monies you pay them, including those that came out of Alan Zulman’s joint bank account with Deborah Sturman Esq would more than compensate for their gross negligence in breach of their fiduciary responsibilities towards Alan Zulman’s estate and mom’s healthcare needs that are also inextricably connected to both her estate and Alan Zulman’s remaining estate.

I will also be covering what the employer of Alan Zulman’s only son, Lance Zulman can do to best protect mentally handicapped Lance from you vultures. The Israeli Revenue Service should be able to reach out better than me.

The recording of my last phone conversation with mom on Aug. 1, is not only clear about how mom viewed all those disrespecting her wishes which included her caregiver Mary-Lou who the 3 of you had co-opted this indentured servant from across the seas Philippines, a crime that is unforgivable, but you can hear “vivdly” [sic] the loud annoying noise in the background, and me asking mom to ask them to turn it down, and her sad response clearly audible.

You would all lose hands down in any fair court of law but you have already lost in the space that most matters.

For the remainder of your 3 long lives you will have the most difficult time being in each others company and the same will apply to your children who will inevitably see that the monies they receive will not have been worth having their foolish names and faces added to the FOOLS NAMES, FOOLS FACES IN PUBLIC PLACES.

When you hug and kiss one another on those few remaining “ocasions” [sic] please let me know if the tension is thick enough to cut through with any kitchen knife.

Bear constantly in mind that this most alarming last conversation with my mother Zena took place 5 days before Alan Zulman’s heart stopped beating and the 3 of you could no longer take out your anger at yourselves on his flesh and bones, which does not mean that Alan Zulman’s mind had stopped functioning when your 3 pronged vicious attack began soon after you received my Jan. 14 communique, the day following our visit with mom and Alan Zulman which he “interupted” [sic] after 10 minutes because it was not going his way; and nor was he thinking that he would be helping the 3 of you because like the 3 of you he did not know how you would react to my communique which I had yet to write.

Your heartless actions against our mother continue to mount.

I must do everything I can to stop it.

Go do the right thing.

PS – I’m in the middle of the Cleveland National Forest on a hike with very patient Mango and decided to take a short break and to use the miraculous and only positive forces of mother nature that our mother also knows only too well, to get all of you to wake up before it is too late to turn back the clock.

Everything, without exception, is clockwork for even the single red ant near my Solomon running sneakers is staying away also from Mango who is right now stretched out on his stomach on top of the table bench where I’m sitting.

Who has dementia, is questionable?

 

My mother or my siblings forgetting who my mother is, and their lack of respect for everything that she accomplished?

On September 15, 6 days before I arrived in Israel to visit with my British mother Zena

whose principal residence is in Great Britain, but was in Israel because her second husband, South African Alan Zulman, had gone there to get medical treatment for his terminal cancer, and unbeknown to me and my mother, an Israeli lawyer who had been petitioned by my eldest brother Neil Gevisser, had been granted Guardianship over my mother and her assets, under the guise that my mother has “advanced dementia”. 

 

Again unaware that Guardianship had been granted to anyone, let alone a non-family member, the following morning, Thursday, September 22, I, Gary Gevisser, taped The Lady’s Speech in my mother’s apartment in Netanya, Israel.

 

2 days after the taping of The Lady’s Speech, September 24, and still unaware that there was a Guardian in place despite my repeated requests to be kept informed on the guardianship matters beginning on August 8

which was the day I was informed by American lawyer Deborah Sturman, a long time close friend of my immediate family, that Alan Zulman had died two days before, I took my mother Zena for lunch at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and took videos of my mother as she put on quite the show; again, not quite what you would expect from “advanced dementia”.

The following day, Sunday, September 25, two Israeli police arrive at my mother’s apartment without any prior notice. They tell me that I have to immediately leave the apartment because there is a Guardian in place. I ask to see the Guardianship court papers. They get on the phone to Weisel who says that she is bringing them over. The police sit themselves down and very sure of themselves as they instruct me to pack our bags because as soon as Weisel arrives we will have to leave the apartment.

 

This Israeli lawyer Ayala Weisel, a personal friend of my elder sister Kathy Gevisser Danziger, arrives nearly an hour later, and is talking up a storm in Hebrew while showing the police what she purports to be the Guardianship papers. I ask to see them in order to take a photo and send to Israeli friends to translate. Weisel then says they are not the Guardianship papers, but she has them in her office. Then she tells me, “Gary, I think we can work this all out.” I say, “Fine, let’s have dinner here.” Weisel replies, “I can only do it on Tuesday evening.” The police are a witness to this dialogue. Then the two policemen leave the apartment. I try to get Weisel to be more definitive as to when on Tuesday we would be meeting for dinner. Weisel begins to get evasive and leaves my mother’s apartment without giving me any assurance that she intends to “work things out”. 

 

That same afternoon I meet with another Israeli lawyer who calls up Weisel asking for the Guardianship papers. Weisel says she can only get the papers to this lawyer on Tuesday.

 

In the meantime Weisel was preparing a sworn statement that she hands the following day, Monday, to the Israeli judge Yocheved Greenvald-Rand who had granted Weisel the Guardianship on September 15, stating several times that my mother has “advanced dementia” and that I am a great threat to my mother Zena. 

 

Greenvald-Rand grants Weisel a Restraining Order which provided the power to Israeli police to enter my mother’s apartment at 1:30AM Tuesday, September 27 and force me and my French-Canadian citizen wife who is also an American resident, to immediately leave. Nor was there any concern that my mother would be woken up.

 

No less important all the claims in Weisel’s sworn statement were totally false and incriminating on the hungry Israeli lawyer and my 3 elder siblings who are all about the money and nor do their big egos help.

The past is not as important as the future which we can all change.

 

Mom’s wishes for the future are very clear in terms of where she wants to be after Alan Zulman died on Aug. 6, and which you all ignore on your very talkative Facebook walls; as well as who she wants to be most near to; and it is not the 3 of you or your spouses or for that matter Melvin’s disaster ex.

 

That does not mean the past is unimportant.

 

Within hours when following up with lawyers in Israel while keeping the British authorities informed every step of the way, I will be going back to events in Lake Tahoe Nevada that so disappointed our mother, and Kathy’s giggling in the courtroom of such serious charges against Neil which were not fabricated, but certainly they were open to interpretation, did not go unnoticed by our mother Zena because she too read what the newspapers reported.

 

Qualification to be our mother’s guardian is also a subjective test even if eventually manslaughter charges are brought against the 3 of you given how very lucid, and most controlled was our mother when speaking last with me on August 1, right before the phone was disconnected.

 

Her previous “pronouncements” were no less lucid as well as being extraordinarily revealing of her intellect.

 

The fact that none of you have ever once tapped into our mother’s most joyful mind has also never been lost on her.

 

 

You also know why it is that there are few to none intimate photos of any of you alone with our mother as there are plenty with me from the moment I was born, 

until I began with permission from mom to ever so gently begin tarnishing the self image of Alan Zulman as the savior of Israel, because it was not helping Israel; on the contrary, it was only serving to spread at an alarming rate antisemitism throughout the world.

 

The 3 of you were very late in jumping on to my bandwagon, and nor did you express to me or anyone of note your sudden hatred of Zulman as you of course missed the boat entirely since he, on his death bed, was in no position, to change his prior actions or anything of the past.

 

The 3 of you had Zulman totally befuddled, which you knew, but that didn’t prevent the 3 of you from crapping all over him as he embarrassingly lost control of his cancerous bowls and the cancer spreading to more than his kidneys.

 

You enjoyed the torture as it helped you to forget the past as you had increasingly cozied up to him to grab his and mom’s estate and to enjoy the wealth before you ended up in horrific pain like Zulman who had little to show in the end for his 8+ decades on this magnificent planet that only provides a glimpse of the spectacular universe that only boggles the mind of us humans.

 

What unbelievable punishment to have the 3 of you in his midst as the clock slowly ticked down.

 

He had to be asking himself if it was all worth it and what he could do to make amends and I believe his wishes were granted.

 

I will in time visit his grave and pass my respects.

 

When you go into denial you lose your spirituality that I agree does not pay the bills at least not directly. 

 

There is a connection between spirituality and common sense even if your mind misses it.

 

You also know that as of Aug. 1 mom would have continued to agree that a mind is a terrible thing to lose, even worse than losing all your Facebook friends who you know most are following along very closely, including The Coupon Clipper is Jack The Ripper Jeffrey Essakow whose FB has also yet to announce the passing of his mother’s close cousin, Alan Zulman who has now been dead 1 month and 2 days, and I still haven’t heard back from his estate lawyer South African-Israeli Eli Symon who is obviously in cahoots with Kathy’s “South African-Israeli” [sic] sick lawyer Ayala Wiesil who is also quiet and both thinking that the monies you pay them, including those that came out of Alan Zulman’s joint bank account with Deborah Sturman Esq would more than compensate for their gross negligence in breach of their fiduciary responsibilities towards Alan Zulman’s estate and mom’s healthcare needs that are also inextricably connected to both her estate and Alan Zulman’s remaining estate.

 

I will also be covering what the employer of Alan Zulman’s only son, Lance Zulman can do to best protect mentally handicapped Lance from you vultures. The Israeli Revenue Service should be able to reach out better than me.

 

The recording of my last phone conversation with mom on Aug. 1, is not only clear about how mom viewed all those disrespecting her wishes which included her caregiver Mary-Lou who the 3 of you had co-opted this indentured servant from across the seas Philippines, a crime that is unforgivable, but you can hear “vivdly” [sic] the loud annoying noise in the background, and me asking mom to ask them to turn it down, and her sad response clearly audible.

 

You would all lose hands down in any fair court of law but you have already lost in the space that most matters.

 

For the remainder of your 3 long lives you will have the most difficult time being in each others company and the same will apply to your children who will inevitably see that the monies they receive will not have been worth having their foolish names and faces added to the FOOLS NAMES, FOOLS FACES IN PUBLIC PLACES.

 

When you hug and kiss one another on those few remaining “ocasions” [sic] please let me know if the tension is thick enough to cut through with any kitchen knife.

 

Bear constantly in mind that this most alarming last conversation with my mother Zena took place 5 days before Alan Zulman’s heart stopped beating and the 3 of you could no longer take out your anger at yourselves on his flesh and bones, which does not mean that Alan Zulman’s mind had stopped functioning when your 3 pronged vicious attack began soon after you received my Jan. 14 communique, the day following our visit with mom and Alan Zulman which he “interupted” [sic] after 10 minutes because it was not going his way; and nor was he thinking that he would be helping the 3 of you because like the 3 of you he did not know how you would react to my communique which I had yet to write.

 

Your heartless actions against our mother continue to mount.

 

I must do everything I can to stop it.
